“My experience at Raising Cane’s was a bit frustrating at first during the drive-thru. A woman in front of me lied about her order and ended up taking mine, which had two Caniac meals. When I got to the window, I was informed it would take a few minutes to remake my order, so I decided to go inside instead of holding up the line. Once inside, the experience improved a lot. The young man at the register was very helpful, friendly, and made the ordering process easy. Overall, the staff inside provided great service despite the earlier mix-up.“
