“Being from the suburbs traveling downtown can be an experience. This particular experience made our day. Moving our daughter into DePaul we came upon the owner of Red Light chicken who gave us a few pointers in parking near his establishment, after taking the time to help us find a spot he happily welcomed us with a free chicken sandwich which I’m happy to report was delicious. It was nice meeting you tonight and I’ll be certainly stopping by again - Fries are a game changer to!!!“

“I had an outstanding experience with Day’s Hot Chicken in Chicago. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top notch. We ordered through DoorDash, and when we called the restaurant, they were incredibly generous. Since we loved the food so much, they went above and beyond by adding extra items like mac and cheese and additional fries. It was a thoughtful gesture that truly enhanced the experience. “Great atomosphere cool concept like how they call out the alcohol and food orders when Ready. The pimento Mac was great flavor, as was the mashed and gravy. Very unique to have boneless breast thighs wing and leg portions battered and fried. Was very good. I just think the sauces were way to pricey at $1.45 a sauce wow even 99 cents seems a lot but would feel better lol. At least give one with the order or reduce the sauce price. But overall they need to spread this concept into more areas for sure out side like in the suburbs“

“I’ve loved this place since the day I started ordering it! I order this almost every week or every other week when I’m at work in the evening. It’s always delivered fresh and warm and the chicken is amazing the seasonings are fantastic! And the names of the items to order are hilarious also the humor in me makes me laugh at them!“

“I came here initially because I got a sponsored instagram ad claiming that they have “the best grilled chicken in chicago”….a bold claim to make! I came in and tried it expecting nothing special and was absolutely blown away. I’ve been back 50+ times since.
I would recommend dining in if possible- heavily seasoned and marinated chicken hot off the grill with a beautiful char- it simply cannot be beat!“

Good service and love the drink deals — $2 beer $4 cocktails, every day…..And schlitz on draft…….even better! They have trivia on tuesdays at 7 (info I struggled to find online). “Saturday evening was my first time at Parsons. The food was delicious and the service could not have been better. Our server definitely did not forget us. I had the shrimp basket...delicious and my son had the fish and chips and he also said they were delicious. We definitely will go back.“

The chicken is high quality and cooked fresh over an open fire.
Every order comes with warm pita. The sides are also great. They make the best homemade mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw and delightful Spanish style rice. Their homemade salsa is delicious. All deserts are very good as well. Prices are great and the service or delivery are swift.

“First time at Nandos and was amazed by the service, first walked in and was treated like family. They took their time letting me know how the menu and chicken was. I have ordered the chicken ceaser salad which lived up to the chefs word- delicious, not too spicy but enough for the flavor give a hint. Will definitely be coming again for the food. Now the atmosphere was excellent- the color theme, the lights and seating are all unique which is hard to find in Chicago. They are all about the culture they serve. 10/10“

“I absolutely love Gina’s!! Better than Marlon’s, Harold’s, uncle Remus, Stony sub, JJ’s, sharks, and even Heinies!! The Batter is original and old fashioned. The perfect crunch with a hence of seasoning. Always fresh everytime! Not too big or little.. just right wings!!! I love Gina’s and I wish I could buy the recipe lol! Staff is very professional because they have been around forever! Love both hot and bbq sauce and they sell ribs as well! Quantities were good, sauces were delicious, menu is straight to the point.
