Decent food and even the service not too bad but the staff of this place need to grow the hell up and learn to act professional. Fussing at each other, fussing out loud in front of customers, complaining about their jobs and how tired they are. Just non stop drama, all at high volume. Fast service and seating. I was seated immediately and the food was out within 10 minutes of ordering.Fajitas were great. Well seasoned and with all necessary extras. I did have to ask for a cup of salsa. Margarita was great. Strong enough to justify the $17 price.Table was bussed quickly after eating. Overall the staff was very nice and service was great.

Is this a real Chili's? It's like someone went to a Chili's and said, "I could do this" and tried to do it themselves, but didn't really remember everything. Our food came out all wrong, weird toppings added, other key ingredients removed. Maybe it's just because we were so hungry, but the food tasted great once we got the right stuff. The furniture and facility is dirty and run down (on par with everything else at O'hare).
