“Great customer service, fast and easy to order, and lots of dine in-options to eat at the restaurant. Much bigger than I expected inside too with options to sit by the windows too! Got the chicken bowl for about $13 with guac and am very satisfied!“

“This Chipotle location is great! I could legitimately get two meals out of each bowl with how much they give you, but the food is so good that I end up eating it all anyway. The Chipotle rewards program also makes it really easy to get free stuff along the way.“

“This Chipotle location is outstanding—easily one of the best I’ve visited. I’ll drive out of my way to visit this location. I’ve visited at many different times of day but the food never disappoints.

On top of that, the portions here are more generous than most other Chipotles I’ve been to.

My only feedback is that a lot of the tables were not cleaned. This was not a particularly busy period either. We had to wipe down our own table in order to dine in.“

“I’ve eaten at this Chipotle either dining-in or taking to-go probably at least 50 times during lunch. To me, they are always consistent, the food is always fresh and being rotated, and the staff is super quick and efficient, but also polite. I think Chipotle’s business model must promote efficiency above all, because most branches seem to try to be very quick, but this one is still friendly enough to feel like it’s nice service. I’ve never had a bad experience here of any kind.

Vegetarian options: The “sofritas” meatless option is delicious. It is tofu based and super flavorful. I’ve made a dupe of it at home because it is so good but I still prefer to get it at Chipotle.“

“It was a good experience. The food was good and the service was okay. One thing that I didn't like it was pretty chilly in the Chipotle. I know it was -8 F (Chicago) outside it might of been a factor for the temperature inside Chipotle. I kept my coat on as it was chilly inside Chipotle.“

“Located in a small strip mall with a Walgreen's at the corner of Peterson Ave. and Lincoln Ave., there is more than adequate off-street parking. This is a small restaurant where the staff is friendly. They keep it very clean, including the bathrooms. We ordered barbacoa salads and they were delicious and, more importantly, hit the spot.“

“Sour cream everywhere! I got to this Chipotle and it was absolutely packed; line through both doors. The service was quick though, and I got my Chicken Al Pastor bowl pretty quickly. The only problem was this man absolutely drowned me in sour cream! The bowl was still good, and the chicken al pastor was saucy with a nice adobo flavor. Is it better than regular chicken? Maybe. “I liked Chipotle today ?, I went in knowing I had to use the bathroom and asked for the code, ?, I didn't like one of the bathroom's but there were one bathroom that I were able to use before eating, ?, I ordered a bowl with chicken ?, Pico de Gallo, lettuce ?, cheese,
Pinto beans ?, brown rice, and corn, I didn't remember the sour cream, but nonetheless it were good ??, and I enjoyed a lemonade with my order. There's napkins and forks available for use.“

“Chipotle in general is always obviously hit or miss, depending who you get to make your order/food. This location is usually more hits than misses, although I have had a few bad orders. The short latina/mexican lady is great! She is always kind and knows how to properly wrap the burritos! 😊 Having said that, the atmosphere is to be expected at any other chipotle, typically clean and well maintained. Always police officers at the location as well, enjoying their meals, which is always nice to have around, and provides a sense of safety to the location/area.“

“Customer service literally 10/10 so understanding when I had trouble with a mobile order Xochi made everything right and went above and beyond for me and my husband when we were at a loss.

“I never have had a problem with this chipotle as it's the one nearest to me i have been at various times of the day. Always quick, efficient, no rude staff, will let you know wait times for certain food items, clean and friendly, get my orders right. I have even been 10 minutes to closing and received great service. The ONLY problem is the High-school near by, this leads to a very packed place and messy atmosphere from 2-4. In that time frame yes i see how issues could arise, but it is NOT staff's fault if its treated like a lunch cafeteria to loiter with friends.“

“I went there with my husband and son. The employees need a reward for being very patient with the customers. I almost left so not to burden them with extra work. There was a long line and they still manage to get everyone’s order ready. Thank you for your time. “friendly staff & they move the line quickly. store is always clean and nice to sit in for a quick meal…BUT THE GUACAMOLE IS CONSISTENTLY TERRIBLE! what is going on?! too many times i have come during my lunch break, got my meal to go and then when i finally sit down to eat back at my job the guac is just mushed avocado, onion and cilantro. no salt, no lime, no FLAVOR!! it is SO disappointing. follow the recipe!? I don’t have this problem at any other location around Streeterville. the guacamole is such a highlight and it’s already SO expensive so I don’t understand why this location can’t follow the recipe! never again. i cannot come back to this location despite all the upsides. how are you messing up guacamole!!?“

“I'm a loyal consistent customer at this location and you can definitely tell there is a difference in food quality and control as compared to some other locations I've visited. Sometimes there's a wait but the proportions always make up for it. The team here definitely tries their best and you have to give them credit where it's due bc sometimes it gets PACKED, especially during the evening.“

“Bruh. This is the most heavy handed location I have ever been to. No wonder they have the best rating vs other locations in the area.My husband usually only gets rice, beans, and meat. And nothing else. And other locations are super skimpy when it comes to dishing out food. It's not like he's asking for more meat. Just a full serving of rice and beans.Anyways, this location gives you a full scoop and then some. They definitely leave me feeling like I got my money's worth. I appreciate that. Especially when You're paying $10+ for mostly rice and beans.Not only are the servings substantial, the food actually tastes good. The rice and beans were cooked properly. Ive experienced crunchy rice and hard beans more times than I can count at other locations. The meat was juicy (I got steak). I also asked if I could have a taste of the new chicken and was given a cup with a couple pieces. Not my thing but I appreciated not getting any attitude for asking to try it. Also got a side of chips and they weren't stale! ?? Although our bag was mostly tiny broken pieces. My only ask is they fix the coke. It tasted really bad.If you get a craving, I definitely recommend driving out of your way to this location.“

No seating inside just yet. It was easy to pick up the food since it was seating on the shelf. The food is good as well.“

“Not as bad as that (current) 2.8 rating would indicate. Assembly line-ish, but if you didn't want it fast you would've gone to a _taqueria_, right? The food was hot and fresh enough for me (had a chicken bowl), and my guess is might've been under different management when it got the stinkeye from other reviewers.“

“The food was good and the staff was friendly. A lady turned around from doing to-go orders and told the guy doing our order to watch his servings. I don't know if she just does that periodically but I'm like you don't even see what he's doing you're over there. Another female employee possibly said something to her,who knows. Parking can be tight and crowded but it's still worth visiting.“

They did it again I was helped out by the general manager and her professional skills was tested today by some but she kept it cool. The food was on point and I ate everything I almost ate the damn bowl that's how amazing it was.

Remember these employees already have to deal with bullshit at times don't go in there with your bullshit to make they day worse. Be respectful get your food and get your ass out of there or just go somewhere else.
