“I usually get good service from the kiosk. I've tried ordering in person, but there was no one at the register. There's a little bit of waiting. And there's always someone checking the order before it heads out.
Update: I came here with a friend, I ordered before he did. He got his first. He tipped, I didn't. I figured tipping should be done if the meal is good. This time my usual wasn't up to par.“
“The food is great and the staff are clearly working hard to get everybody’s order out. Good thing to note that a ton of hospital employees are trying to get lunch at the same time so there’s a bit of a wait — ordering online or app ahead of time is advised“
“For being a hospital location.. they did their best to make it feel like a regular Panera Location. My food was good (as expected) and the service was fast & friendly. I got just what I wanted from my experience here.I give it 5⭐️Jerry (the pigeon) gives it 5.5⭐️“
“The staff and the managers are troopers. I won’t go into it but the place was invaded by intimidators. The staff was still friendly and attempted to support customers without openly offending the intimidators. Shout out to the staff and managers. Shame on people to take advantage of restaurants and conduct business!!! Rent an area within the establishment and tip the crew well as part of your business plan for goodness sake!!!! Or at least be respectful of other customers who’ve come to enjoy friends and family while having dinner. They know who they are.“

“We were visiting Chicago , after finishing some shopping at dicks at canal Street , we wanted to eat something light and refreshing. We ordered the chicken ranch salad and the spicy chicken fiesta sandwich . It's comes with a side .. apple and chips , we obviously took chips , I have never ordered a apple on the side .lol . You get a choice of better as well , but we just took the default . Meals were quite filling . You also get beverages on tap but we didn't get them“
