“Oh my god I got the torched and pressed sushi roll with avocado and truffle and it's one of the best things I've ever tasted. The truffle flavor with miso is an incredible flavor combination. The interior is really pretty as well, and they have a ramp at the entrance so it's pretty wheelchair friendly. The tables are a little close together so navigating inside was slightly awkward with my mobility device, but it wasn't difficult to push some chairs out of the way. I will definitely be coming back here and I will definitely be ordering the torched and press roll again.“

While it was delicious, I prefer a pork based broth with bork belly. “When I walked in, I was hit with the artist MIA and knew I was in the right place! A co-worker told me about Fire Bowl Hibachi and recommended it for dinner. I'm glad she did! I was instantly greeted when I walked in, and given instructions for easy ordering. The wait was about 10 minutes and I got to listen to some good music while I waited. The chicken, veggies, and rice were well seasoned and tasty. The young man at the counter recommended three sauces and they were all delicious. The sweet teriyaki was my favorite. Overall, I'm glad I checked this place out, after eating, I have plenty of food remaining for leftovers, and I will be back!“

“We ate here for the first time following the New Years parade in Chinatown ,to celebrate my birthday. The staff was very friendly . We ordered several dishes to try new things as well as appetizers. All of the entrees are large portions and we had enough to eat the next day. The decor and atmosphere was really fun. The bathrooms were nice and clean. Our waitress even brought a slice of birthday dessert. We live an hour away but are in Chicago several times a month , we will definitely return soon. 5 star rating !“

However, the veggie broth itself is so flavorful—having just veggies would have been just fine! By the end of the night we were drinking cups of the broth, because of how flavorful it was!! If you like spicy, definitely get the spicy broth! You won’t regret it. Appreciated how clean the place was—the staff were great about checking in and refilling the broth regularly! “Korean/Mexican mash-up, most delicious, unique burritos and tacos I’ve ever had. We had a pork burrito and a taco sampler (1 pork, 1 chicken, 1 steak), pork taco was the best. Sweet and spicy, not too much of either. Trying to figure out where the delicious flavor in each bite comes from but you can’t because it’s such an awesome combination. All of the menu options come with either pork, chicken or tofu for your protein, you can add bulgogi steak for $2 or $3 depending on which item you choose. It’s a simple menu, 7 main choices and they do have about 8 different sides. Clean bathrooms, free water cups, friendly staff, really nice ambiance for a little place, nice decoration (paintings, old boomboxes, old ceiling tiles) and lighting. Very highly recommend. Zero complaints. The prices are fair for what you get too, especially downtown. I barely ever write food reviews either but this place earned it.“
