It is located in Hy-Vee at N Sheridan Rd, and it's always a pleasure to be at this small, modernly appointed coffee shop, that finds new ways to attract customers.\n\nI purchased two pastries -- Banana Pecan Cake and -- my favorite -- Cheese Danish, then after I paid for the pastries (total $8.77), I decided to have another favorite of mine -- Strawberry Acai Lemonade (total $5.49). Hence, two receipts :) Prices are much higher this summer, compared to a year ago. OK ...\n\nThe refresher was absolutely excellent, as well as the service by the amiable staff, who were friendly and hospitable as usual, they provide personable service, and know their customers very well. “I'm very impressed with Ardor Breads. This old building used to be a plumber's office/store and they remodeled it into a nice restaurant. I came in for breakfast and sat near the counter, where I could see all the beautiful/tasty items coming out fresh from the kitchen, and I was truly amazed at all the delicious looking food. Nice crowd in here and many others were seated at tables outside. Place was packed! I loved my Zucchini Omelet with fresh orange juice. Staff were professional and very kind to me. “We stumbled upon this Starbucks location as we were driving through Illinois, back to Michigan. I am so glad we did! The sweetest blonde barista helped me order and customize a new drink and I LOVED IT!! Who knew I could love a drink more than my normal cold brew that I’ve been ordering (at least 3 times/week) for YEARS! She really was SO nice and pleasant and helpful. I don’t remember her name but I remember she was born in 1999😉 I hope you share these reviews with your employees because great people should be recognized!“

“Let me start by saying, I love this location. I am not going to be the person to leave a bad review for a location that is such a great location over one negative experience but I do however have a recommendation. I have been going to this Starbucks location twice a day for a very long time. I alternate order the same two drinks each day. I hate being the person to return a drink that does not taste to my liking as I know it holds up the line, I can count on one hand how many times I’ve done this in all of the years I have been a loyal Starbucks customer because they are fabulous. However the past two mornings, the same drink I’ve ordered for years has tasted poorly. Yesterday morning I did not complain, however this morning I truly needed my coffee (one of those days). When I asked for my drink to be re-made, I even offered to go inside so the folks behind me did not have to wait I was treated with a slight attitude. Instead of politely offering to remake my drink, I felt as if I was criticized. I was then told to order light cinnamon next time as if it was my fault the same drink I’ve ordered for years suddenly tastes different the past two mornings. While I know the workers mean well, I do recommend a better handling of situations of this nature. Again; This location is great! The lines move quickly and orders are always correct but please, when situations like this occur as they do, handle them a tad more respectfully. I know we all have off days, reason I would never leave a bad review over one negative experience I just wish today was handled slightly different. Everyone of the workers are wonderful and I hope if they are having a bad day; it gets better! Hugs. ❤️“

I should have asked her name but she was working the drive-thru at 10:30am on 12/9. Thank you ❤“

“Starbucks at 7610 N Orange Prairie Rd looks very happy indeed, beginning with its great location: it's in the indoor area of a giant, sparkling supermarket Hy-Vee. That makes the stop at Starbucks for a cup of coffee or a snack quite natural. The choice of options is clearly displayed on the menus and info boards, and the amiable, well-trained staff is happy to greet you and get the order ready. Cappuccino I ordered was good, just a little bit strong for me, and Crispy Grilled Cheese Sandwich was absolutely excellent -- fresh, hot and very tasty. The ambiance in this Starbucks also couldn't be happier -- it is placed in a very spacious area, has no closed walls around it -- so you can easily access it, besides it faces the flower section of the supermarket. Some bright flower bouquets and cute decorations are placed near the seating area, creating a cute little flower garden, of sorts (please, see the photos). The seating area itself is fairly small, but functional, and you can also eat at the dining area near the exit from the supermarket, or place the order as a take out. Starbucks also offers a lot of brand items for purchase, including gift cards. All the current sanitation regulations were observed by the staff and customers. I have been to this Starbucks several times lately -- and I always enjoyed my experience at this coffee shop. Thank you and see you soon!“

“Quality Dunkin location with a good group of friendly employees. I have been coming to this location for 2 years since coming to Peoria, and I have never known this place to let me down. Whenever there as been an issue with mobile orders, or issues with my order the team is always really understanding. The food is nothing speical but stil enjoyable. Coffee is good, but can be hit or miss, overall still something I find drinkable and lives up to satisfaction.“

“I work downtown and go here at least once a week. I order the same thing when I go, 16oz Fr Vanilla Latte with half and half. Depending who was working the counter I would get charged differently each time. $5.66 one day or $6.77 the next. I asked one day and was told I was being charged for the half and half. Ok fine, BUT today I go there and order the same drink and they wanted to charge me $7.00 for a 16oz??? Starbucks and Dunkin charge $4.49 for the same drink and size. I go to CXT to support local. But today was probably my last day. The gentleman today fixed me up and I was charged $5.00. I think you Managers better circle back because no one will pay $7.00 for a 16oz iced latte.“

When the Oleato Oatmilk Latte was first introduced this past winter, it came with toffeenut included. I asked if it still came that way. “I ordered online and when I went to pick up my custom dozen donuts, I was told they did not have 3 out of 6 types. I found this ridiculous as there was no such message during order placement AND I received a confirmation “your order is ready.” Only when I was there to pick up my order, they told me they don’t have those items (it was 5 pm). Apparently they only make donuts in the morning and sell those donuts all day long.So, if you want a specific type of donut, you gotta go in the morning.The lady at the cash counter was apologetic and offered me extra donuts. “Self-proclaimed “Dunkie junkie” this is my favorite Dunkin in the Peoria area. The owner knows me by name and the staff is friendly and efficient. If an error is made, they fix it right away. I’m a simpleton - a coffee with cream is all I need and this Dunkin keeps me caffeinated. The drive-thru can be tedious because everyone wants coffee from this Dunkin and I am constantly amazed at how fast and efficient they work their drive thru. Ordering ahead? You barely have to brake at the window, they’ve got your order ready and waiting. But not without a quick thank you and have a nice day!“
