“**Updated review (4/27/25)** Well I went back. 3 years after my previous (2 star) review and Ive been multiple times now recently. Happy to say that they seemed to have turned things around. Current staff is very friendly and take some pride in their work. I understand the customer service industry can be grueling especially when mixed with food service. This current staff puts their best foot forward from the moment you walk in. My food has been consistent every time Ive gone lately & good. Ingredients are fresh. So much so I had to update my review. Great work! Would recommend.

**Old review** Let me start by saying i love Jersey Mikes. But I stopped going to this location a couple years ago due to a staff member knocking a dirty dish rag off the counter onto the floor while making my sandwich, picking up said rag and then proceeding to make my sandwich. I pointed it out and she said “Oh it’s okay it’s a clean rag.” It was not a clean rag. She also was complaining about her job very loudly during the whole ordeal. I walked out before the sandwich was finished. Well recently I figured I’d give this location another chance & while most of the sandwich was good, the bacon was ROCK hard and I got minor food poisoning. I’ve never had an issue with food poisoning at any Jersey Mikes before. Won’t be going back.“

“The past couple of times I've ordered for delivery they have made my sandwiches perfectly! In the past I've had not so great experiences but now I've been seeing it turn around. Also if you're ordering delivery keep in mind that tips matter! Don't short change them. Thanks for great quality and quick deliveries ☺️“

“This subway has always been my favorite subway. The employees are always kind and willing to speak up when I can't hear.Just went in a few minutes ago and they had a new employee who did a very good job! He was cheerful and did an amazing job! He double checked my order which is something that is highly valuable in my opinion.“

“Great sandwiches“

“We ordered catering from this Subway for the NIU band competition, and the manager was in contact with me from the first time I created the order up until I picked it up. The manager was amazing, has excellent communication and customer service. He packed and labeled everything perfectly, which made my job of feeding 130 marching band members and staff easy!On top of it all, the marching band members expressed that they were the best Subway sandwiches they have had. I had one kid stop after he took a bite, and I asked if he was okay - he replied, "These are SO GOOD!" Thank you so much for making this an excellent catering experience. I will use this Subway for catering next year for sure! Thank you!“

“Delicious food, great ingredients at a reasonable price! Strongly recommend the Dom for lunch! I’m more sad about this place closing at 3pm, than Chic-Fila being closed on Sundays.“
