50 Best Juice Bars & Smoothies near Des Plaines

“Food was very good. I ended up with chilaquiles (with chicken breast) and my friend got the pupusas and dobladas. Really solid, and I appreciate the subtle differences in flavors between the Guatamalan dishes and standard Mexican fare. However, only 4/5 because ordering (in English) was difficult. I tried to get grilled skirt steak and a green chicken enchilada (as a single item, listed that way on the menu) but what was originally brought out was 3 green chicken enchiladas. I explained the issue and thought it was clear but ended up getting brought the chilaquiles. My friend got his pupusas but the dobladas was not brought and had to be ordered again. The food was delicious and I'm not a picky eater so this wasn't a huge deal, but others that need to order a specific thing, in English, may have trouble. I will be back though, and I will brush up on my Spanish.“

“Great sips and eats! My favorite is the Golden Honey Latte. But the best part of this location is the amazing and friendly staff! 💗“

“Crepes were delicious 👍“

“June 7, 2026 nice venue, food presentation was good, but food was terrible. 70 percent of the guests food barely had taken a bite , steak was still alive, chicken was dry. for the amount of money that was spent for such a large crowd, management and chef should be ashamed of themselves“

“very good protein shakes and friendly people“

“About 2 years ago, I re-established my health journey. After starting our family, we fell into many poor nutritional habits. Paying attention to macros and the food choices was hard….until the wonderful team at Steel Fitness Cafe helped realign us! Our biggest issue with healthier eating….flavor and options. At Steel Fitness Cafe, those worries completely dissolved! Want a great tasting protein shake that is ENJOYABLE??? Well then you are going in luck with the plethora of options here! Caramel Waffle Cone and Cinnamon Toast Crunch are two of my favorites! Need a meal that will fill you up AND make you feel good? They have those too! I helped myself to the Steak and Eggs! When Chef travels, he brings some of that cuisine back home for new meals! Have a sweet tooth but hate the fact that your favorite sweet treats contribute to being unhealthy? Well, their protein donuts WILL hit the spot. You won’t believe the macros until you try it! Here is the elevator pitch……JUST GO AND TRY THEIR STUFF! You WILL NOT regret it!“

“Service was fast did an online order and it was ready once I walked in. Had an oatmeal bowl and it was pretty good. Blueberries were a bit tart but overall better than the Melrose park spot so I rather go here since it’s still fairly close to where I live“

“I wish I had discovered this place sooner… what a wonderful neighborhood gem. The perfect place for a healthy snack or a guilt free quick meal. And not just healthy, but incredibly delicious too. Absolutely the yummiest avocado toast ever!“

“My wife and I were walking around Oak Park when we came across this place. We stopped at Starbucks and then we ran into pure green and decided to stop in. The way we were greeted by the owner was enough to make us want to throw out the Starbucks. Very respectful and welcoming atmosphere. I recommend the Mixed Berry Acai bowl and tropical breeze smoothie! The owner offered us the “wake me up” shot and blue-biotic shot. They’re definitely worth it. We will definitely come back for more!“

“I really like this place, unique tasty coffee and a very kind owner. I hope they do well! Some constructive criticism, they could use more staff, coffee took a very long time. I also wish it was more organized and childproofed. Don’t let this stop you, I’m sure they will work out the kinks. There’s nothing else like this place, super cool.“

The customer service was outstanding - everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the visit 🙌. Even though the place was super busy on a Sunday morning, the atmosphere felt lively and enjoyable with a great overall vibe 🎶🍳. I've eaten tamales most of my life and I brought some for my grandma who came to Chicago from Mexico and she absolutely loved them she has been eating them for 70 plus years and for her to provide her stamp of approval means a lot. Highly recommend!“

“If you’re looking for a local spot that truly goes above and beyond, I can’t recommend Glenview Grind enough. We’ve used them for teacher gift cards every year, and it’s become one of our favorite traditions—such an easy and appreciated gift. This year, we also had them cater breakfast for Teacher Appreciation Week, and they absolutely exceeded expectations. The entire process—from ordering to pickup—was seamless. Their team was incredibly organized, friendly, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. They even assisted with loading everything up, which made a huge difference during a busy morning. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, and the customer service truly stood out. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Highly, highly recommend supporting this wonderful local business“

“Juice Rx has the best juice cleanses! You will not be disappointed - the flavors are delicious and satisfying that it makes it very easy to do a cleanse. My husband even requests them now. The service is incredible and they are very accommodating to your requests! 10/10 would recommend!“

“The food was delicious. Easy to just order and pick it up but they obviously have a large indoor dining area.
Fresh ingredientsband prepared properly. For vegetarians, it's a great option as majority of the food is all ready vegetarian, meat eaters would add that ingredient. A great option for eating healthy and craving a really good salad!

The atmosphere is 3 star and no knock on them but it's a fast food environment. Everything is clean.“

“Super cool atmosphere, very friendly and inviting. The tea 🍵 I had was phenomenal. I can't wait to start training with the coaches. Thank you Mount Prospect Illinois for Bringing something so Refreshing to our Community 🙏🏻“

“They have a really great variety of green juices here 🥬🍏✨, which makes it easy to find something fresh and healthy no matter what you’re in the mood for. I especially tried the “Everyday Greens,” and it turned out to be surprisingly delicious 😋💚. It had a nice balance of flavors-fresh, light, and not overly bitter like some green juices can be.

Overall, it felt super refreshing and energizing, perfect for a quick health boost during the day 🌿⚡. The selection itself is impressive, and I’d definitely come back to try more options from the menu 🙌🥤“

“affordable with lots of new choices for a simple dessert. Yummy ice cream and smoothies“

“I stopped by on an early Sunday afternoon to get some work done on my laptop, and the place was packed. Not to mention, the parking lot was full but there is 30 minute and 2 hour parking a short walk away, so don’t get discouraged if you’re driving here! I ordered a small iced latte and HT breakfast sandwich, and both were sooo good. I really want to try the wrap next time I come here. The espresso has an original flavor and the sandwich was simple with light ingredients but was also very tasty. The atmosphere is very lively so I didn’t stay to study for long since it was busy and booming with conversation, but I can’t complain! It’s lovely to see everyone enjoying their time here as much as I did. I even shared my table with two lovely ladies because they asked so nicely and who am I to refuse? lol. very nice community feel and staff is super helpful and kind.“
