“Pleased to see an authentic Thai restaurant here. They have diverse dishes that take risks with Thai spice-level and ingredients like strong Thai fish sauce. While the spice was not spicy enough, it was still delicious. I won't order often (I am from NJ) but when I am in the area, this is my new go-to in the Rosemont vicinity.“

“Words cannot give this food justice! I’ve been in the city since 2014 searching for my go-to Thai spot and I FINALLY found it last night after my friend suggested it. The service and friendliness of the staff were top tier and every dish we had was out of this world. What a gem of a place. The flavors of the pad thai were unmatched, and don’t even get me started on the custard taiyaki with ice cream. This chef’s talent is unmatched. Can’t wait to come back and to order for delivery and pickup too!“

“This was such a great place to have dinner for my little family. The server was so pleasant, kind, and full of joy as she greeted us and promptly showed us our table. This was our first time eating out with our baby (also our first) and she made us feel right at home. Grabbed a high chair before we could ask!

The menu has several delicious options. We chose some sushi rolls, a tonkatsu dinner, and with a tempura appetizer. Everything was delicious…everything. The shrimp was cooked to perfection in the tempura, the sushi was excellent, and the tonkatsu entree reminded me of traveling through Japan. The whole experience reminded me of Japan. I felt like I had shifted locations for an hour as we sat in their cozy dining room brimming with Japanese decor.

A wonderful experience that makes me want to come back for more. Make sure you experience this little gem.“

“Casual, affordable place. I had the wide noodle Pad Thai with tofu and it was good. Friendly customer service and no pressure. Go here if you want to relax and have some decent food. I've been here a few times. Oak Park is charming as well.“

“Stumbled upon to Claypot by happenstance with my fiancée a couple years ago and have been going back since! I thought I wrote a review already but better late than never. This is by far one of our FAVORITE lunch/dinner spots to go to. The food is so flavorful, healthy, and abundant. The service is very attentive. There are some days where it may be slower because they are busy, but it’s a small location with only a few servers so give them grace if that’s happens with you. I brought a party of 12 one time which took basically a quarter of their restaurant on a busy night. Anyway, I’ve brought a majority of my family members here and they all love it!! You not only leave full and happy, but you feel energized rather than groggy/lethargic like other places. Will not stop going to, bringing people to, and recommending this spot ever. Wishing lots of prosperity and business to them.“

“I met the owner he was very personable and professional. I got my food delivered and I might add it was just as good as if I was Dining in. I got pineapple fried rice cooked with ingredients just like I like it and it was delicious. I also got Tom Kha soup and crab Rangoon’s they were good as well. “Mariana, our waitress was wonderful. The teriyaki salmon combination was delicious, as well as the soft shell crab and tempura appetizer. The miso soup and cucumber salad that came with the combination was the best I have had. Topped it off with green tea and red beans ice cream. Mmmmmm!“

“I wanted to give this location props for their lunch on 8/17. Walking in around 1pm, I could tell they had had their butts handed to them and were obviously understaffed. However, in my perspective they were handling the hangry customers very well, were staying calm and the staff that was present seemed to know what they were doing. The only reason for 4 stars is because and (this has happened more than once at this location) rather than suggesting I try my Pesto Cavatappi with pork, they tell me it comes with pork, which is not true. There is an additional charge for any meat on this bowl.“

“Over 20 years ago I started eating at their original Lincoln Park location. Today, their delicious food keeps me coming back time after time. It helps that the restaurant is staffed by the nicest people in the world. When I call for pickup they know my order (lad nar with chicken and Japanese gyoza) and they have it ready in ten minutes. Ten minutes!“
