“LOVE THIS STAFF!!! They are all so nice! I order on the reg when dashing. My son loves the mottz sticks and one of your staff members noticed I always order the same, recommended the deep fried turkey and Hello!! I've had it 4 times now. Love that the staff get to know us and also recommended new stuff to keep us coming back. Love the staffs sense of humor as well. Good job peoples!“

“I've just moved to Dixon 3 months ago from Chicago (born & raised) I've gone to DQ about 2 times so far and the staff is always friendly the shakes & food are good. I've sat outside watching cool cars drive by down Galena and sat inside which I felt bad about as my 3 year old can be old esp when he is cranky.!“

We try to do it as often as possible to keep her used to it, but it’s always stressful and the unpredictability of the situation always keeps us on edge. Shout out to the cashier at Hardee’s in Dixon today. I was trying to keep ahold of my daughter and order/pay for our food and she was incredibly kind and understanding. I asked her to bag up our food in case we needed to run out and she said “no no, please stay and eat; it’s okay if she needs to get up and run around and we don’t mind if she makes noise.” And then she asked if she could have a cookie and handed her a free cookie. I don’t know if this cashier has someone with a disability in her life or just has a very kind heart but this mama was so appreciative today. It doesn’t go unnoticed when someone gives us a little grace. Thank you so much. I didn’t get her name but she had blonde hair and was so kind. She deserves to be commended for her kindness.“

“Stopped at this subway in Dixon IL on the way home from Waterloo Iowa to Batavia IL. Ordered our lunch and asked the manager making my sandwich if he would slightly modify it to my liking. Said no problem, they are here to satisfy their customers and give them great food.
