“Was in Chicago and ordered this on doordash tbh for a late night treat. Had a steak sandwich. These lil pizza puff things, fries and a lemonade. Wasn’t too bad. Sandwich was good. Fries were solid. Really good lemonade. Was a good treat before bed.“

“We have Been at Theo’s at least 20 times in the last 3 years. The first time was the best and last night was the last. Food was a lot better 3 years ago. The staff seemed like they cared about you buying the right or the best value, Last night we were ripped off. David was our server. Telling how great the specials were with out telling us the price. My wife wanted seafood not steak. So we ordered her the seafood crab legs, lobster tail and shrimp. Crab legs tasted like they were frozen for a long time, the lobster was Tuff. Shrimp was good in garlic butter. I had a steak. With mushrooms. Do your self a favor ask what the price for any specials . DON’T BUY ANYTHING WITHOUT KNOWING THE PRICE. SeaFood Special $175.66 Who the hell charges this for a pound of crab legs and a lobster tail? Never again! Buyer beware!“

“Shout out to Carrie from the corporate office. Thank you again for helping my mom to get to actually enjoy the steak she wanted for Mother’s Day!! While workers at the location brushed us off, she actually took the time to call back ( very quick) and was very understanding and understood what it meant to my mom. I truly appreciate you for that and also for your excellent customer service and pleasant and patient attitude!!!! Which is something that is very rare these days!!!! We need more people like you in this world!!! Thank you again!!! Give her a spa day corporate lol“

“This is my all time favorite restaurant and I visit very often. But today it was the best service ever! Nakenia S has been the best waitress I’ve had in all the years I’ve been coming here. And no she didn’t ask me to write this review I just thought I would share the great experience I had today. Nakenia thank you so much for your attention today, you were great and also your attitude and vibe is everything. I was dining with my 4 yr old son today and we enjoyed our food so much. 🫶🏻“
