“A wonderful establishment! The new cook, Mark, is definitely on the ball. The food was cooked made to order, accurately dressed, quality and quantity was two thumbs up. The atmosphere is quietly pleasant yet enough pep to get the spirits going. It is a good place to gather with friends and family or just a quiet evening out solo or with a significant other. This establishment is kid friendly, but most adults choose family time here during the day or dinner. The evenings are most enjoyable being in a non discriminate establishment with a variety of positive kind folks. The staff are extremely catering to each individual wants and they are very patient, respectful, and kind. The staff practice universal precautions in sanitation throughout the hours of their shift. This is a family friendly, stranger friendly, everybody friendly environment. What tops this place off is the most affordable prices from the alcoholic beverages to the appetizers and main dishes. “I am a regular at BBB, but was lucky enough to host a retirement party for a coworker after hours. First off, the food is ALWAYS spectacular… from the appetizers, to the sandwiches, soups, and salads. Treat yourself to a wine slushy and I promise you wont regret it!I have my favorites but literally everything is good.As far as the retirement party, hats off to the Brown Bag Bistro! Everyone at the party was impressed by the food, desserts, and venue. The patio is perfect for a private party and the ownership is more than accommodating. “God-tier pizza. Order extra sauce on pizzas if you love sauce like me. My favorite pizza? Pepperoni, double tomato, extra sauce, well done. The tomato's are chunked up in the sauce under the cheese and the pizza comes out so GLORIOUS. They have awesome ingredients, they really care about making great pizza, and have awesome employees. We love Roma's and can't recommend it enough!“
“The food was really good all things considered. My only complaint is that the Brussels sprouts appetizer was mainly burnt single leaves that were hard to enjoy. the full brussel sprouts that were present were great though! Highly recommend the Olga bread.“

“I got a 6 piece wing. It comes with a soda and fries, all for $9. It's delicious. Customer service was great, and the guy who checked me out was really nice. “I was not sure what to have for dinner and found Drunken Fish. I almost didn't stop because it looked closed. So glad I did. The service was awesome and so friendly. The place was clean and everything came out very quick. I ordered the Sake punch with 2 sushi rolls. The drink was very good and not too sweet. The sushi rolls I ordered, Philly and Rainbow. I had a few additions of nigiri for the chief. Everything was fresh and so good.“
“I like the McAlester's Club. Staff is typically very friendly but the drive thru can be too slow. At the drive thru today, I ordered 3 iced teas and had 1 car in front of me. It took 12 minutes before the car in front of me was able to pull forward.It seems that the drive thru wait time is normally greater than 15 minutes whether I just order drinks or a few meals.“
“Anytime I am near St Louis I try to find an Imo's. Thank goodness they have expanded outside of St Louis and I found one in Edwardsville. I ordered a house salad and a 2 topping 12" pizza. Both items were so good. St Louis style pizza is so unique. The staff was so nice and service was quick. I would not suggest you go on balloon guy night unless you like the sound of screaming children. Thankfully my order was to-go and only had to tone out the horrible children for a few minutes. The store is clean with plenty of seating.“
“The best place to get a quick lunch in Wood River, IL. They make the famous Swiss Farms salad from downtown Wood River from years ago. Home made poppyseed dressing and crackers are included. It is cash only and they are only open from 10am-3pm. They used to let you come inside the little building that used to be a gas station, but now they use the walk-up window, thus the 4 stars. It was sleeting and 30 degrees outside! I'll be back. Love the Swiss Farms salad!“
