“We live 2 hours north and were in town for a Band Competition, we stopped in to eat. Our server Jordan was fabulous. With it being our first time there the manager sent us some free deviled eggs to sample! Highly recommend the deviled eggs, so tasty! They were a little busy with several parties and took a little longer to get our food but our server was attentive and apologetic for the wait. We were not mad or upset about the wait, totally understand when it’s busy. The manager gave us a free dessert for the wait. The customer service is top notch and they seem to care about the customers. And a plus that the food is delicious!!!! Highly recommend!! We will def be back!“

“I have been here 4 times in the last 2 weeks always amazing food, fast service, and a warm greeting from the amazing staff. My favorites are the meatball sub, sub on a club no mayo or mustard add ranch, and the hook and ladder. Definitely stop in and get an amazing lunch or dinner and don’t forget to sign up for their points program who doesn’t like free stuff!!“

“Hello I need to know as soon as possible who came up with pairing the au ju juice with the philly cheese steak?? Because that was the best philly I've ever had and now I can't have it any other way. Food was top tier. Fresh hot and directions followed. Bread was buttery crisp on the edges and soft. Onions and peppers sautéed perfectly and meat and juice delicious. Whoever is the cook here, please give him a raise for the 4th. He deserves it.“

Sat us immediately and assigned one server (Sam - PHENOMENAL) so the rest of the restaurant wasn’t negatively impacted. Everything went super smoothly and she was just great. Food was perfect!!“

“Our family just had an amazing restaurant experience at Red Robin in Edwardsville! Our son has Down syndrome and being in public places causes him a lot of anxiety. We haven’t been to a restaurant as a family in many years because the stress for him and everyone around him was just too much. On arrival the hostess was so accommodating! She let my husband look at the table options to see what would work best for our son. She worried about skipping over us on the wait list even though we were clear that we were totally fine with waiting for the table that worked best. The manager asked a server to take on an extra table so that we wouldn’t have to wait longer. Our server, Mason, was so kind to take on an extra table for us. Mason is an excellent server. He was very friendly with our boys, kept our drinks full, and brought our food and drinks very quickly. Our meals were delivered quick and delicious. “It is a fast food place and you order from a kiosk, so unless I am asking for something, I will not rate the service.
Let's talk about the food. Steak and shake is the original smash burger. In the fast food world, the burgers are my favorite ... the mustard-pickle relish is yum.
They have also changed to all beef tallow grease for the fries and in the process have gone from great to greater!
