“I just wanted to leave a shout out for Matt and Christina at this Starbucks location. They had a BOGO event yesterday that ended at 6:00P. My husband and I got through the parking lot at 6:05 and the drive-thru was backed up about 8 cars. I went in and explained the drive-thru situation to Matt and he was kind enough to honor the offer. Christina made us the perfect Iced White Mochas. Thank you again for bending the rules a bit to accommodate our 5 minute late arrival. A+++++ on service!“

“Update 05/18/2023 - stellar service! I’m partially disabled. The app was being stupid and would not let me place my order, so I called inside. The lady at the counter took my order, came outside for my card, brought out my food. This is what I call service. Thank you for your personal touch. I APPRECIATE YOU!!!“
