The 3 boys in there were on point, courteous and just the extra mile service by putting my gardinera in a lil bag incase it spilled. All w a smile. It’s clean. “I put in an order on the Potbelly app around 1pm and the time defaulted to immediately (not 5:15pm) like I had requested. Ashlei answered the phone and was able to move the order back. I called in at 4:30pm just to confirm (trust but verify) and Ashlei answered again. Confirming that the order was still pushed back and would be ready at the desired pickup time!
