“My wife and I walked by a few times and hadn’t tried it but boy are we glad we did! I had an egg sandwich which I could not eat fast enough because it was so good and my wife had the curry bowl with spam which she also loved. Food peoples of Evanston unite! This place is superb and the food came out fast. They even thanked us personally for coming in. I highly recommend giving it a try, you’ll be as glad as we were.“

“I love this place! My husband and I are pretty regular customers for over 10 years and we never had a bad meal at Siam Paragon. Super friendly owners and servers - great food variety - Japanese, Thai, Chinese and Korean. Everything is very fresh and tasty. Also big bang margaritas and liche martinis are strong and delicious. I highly recommend Siam Paragon - it’s a true Evanston gem.“

“This is the only ramen I've ever had that is beef based and I definitely recommend everyone try it because it is different from your pork/chicken based. While it was delicious, I prefer a pork based broth with bork belly. “When I walked in, I was hit with the artist MIA and knew I was in the right place! A co-worker told me about Fire Bowl Hibachi and recommended it for dinner. I'm glad she did! I was instantly greeted when I walked in, and given instructions for easy ordering. The wait was about 10 minutes and I got to listen to some good music while I waited. The chicken, veggies, and rice were well seasoned and tasty. The young man at the counter recommended three sauces and they were all delicious. The sweet teriyaki was my favorite. The hash browns are your regular frozen hash browns but they're crispy and come with an onion jam. I learned what a calamansi was from the soda option, it's a small citrus fruit that's a hybrid between a kumquat and a mandarin. It's a pretty good soda.“

“I had the coconut curry pho. It was a delicious noodle soup that hit the spot! With a 20% tip, it was about $23. It was definitely pricey but I saw a sign that they provide free meals to children on Mondays. Reading the reviews, I know people were definitely using this offering. If some of my payment went to feeding a child in my community, I was happy to spend it.

My favorite dishes were the Mamti, which are steamed dumplings, and the fried laymgman which is pasta with vegetables and meat.“

“This place is awesome! We went for a girls night and enjoyed the whole hotpot experience! The lamb is halal here, so we were happy to have a meat option. However, the veggie broth itself is so flavorful—having just veggies would have been just fine! By the end of the night we were drinking cups of the broth, because of how flavorful it was!! If you like spicy, definitely get the spicy broth! You won’t regret it. Appreciated how clean the place was—the staff were great about checking in and refilling the broth regularly!
