“I loved it. Have been passing by this place since over a decade ago and never had the time. By coincidence I checked it out a few days ago and I ordered a double cheeseburger with onion rings and it was delicious! I also had a chilli which I recommend if you’re into dips! Very good service. Modest prices.“

I had the Cuban, it was nice. Staff super friendly. Almost 100% vegan, all vegetarian, house or locally made vegan subs are used. It was a great place to wait for the post-game traffic to die down!“

“This place has an awesome menu! We were on vacation and stumbled upon this gem. It was a humid 90+ degrees outside and our meals came with soup, which sounded horrible, but oh man did it hit the spot. I wish I lived nearby during the winter. I would be there daily!“

“Great diner in the heart of Chicago's northern reaches. Our omelettes were massive (and delicious) - day 1, we each got one, but day 2 we split one (along with the generous portion of hash browns and a pancake each) and were much happier with how we felt afterwards :) Great staff. Very typical diner experience - the atmosphere isn't what you go there for; booths are tight but bar seating was plentiful. GREAT soundtrack too - not sure if it was a playlist or the radio, but every song was familiar and we really enjoyed that aspect.“

“Food: I got a Gyro for the first time and it was good but was a lot of the same flavor, not much variance since the meat is all ground up. Probably just not for me personally. Pizza looked really good!
Service: the cashier we had was awesome and helped with recommendations for someone who has never been to Chicago or had Chicago food.
Atmosphere: loved the diner feel to the place!
Parking: Pretty small parking lot out front, fits maybe 10 cars.“

“Great pancakes and waffles, good good all around, but the prices have been raised drastically in the past few years (over and above what America's admittedly wild inflation would require). Looking at the menu pictures posted to the Google listing from 3 years ago, prices are more than 50% higher! I've posted updated (August 2025) menu photos.“

“The food was good! My only complaint is that we asked for our szechuan beef to be extra spicy, and it was made not spicy at all. I know my boyfriend and I are simple white people, but all we want is our Chinese to be so spicy that we poop fire the next morning. Is that so hard to ask for? 🥲“

“we are glad that this place was open late after coming back from a party. We ordered food from this restaurant and we figure if it’s late most likely the food is not cooked right but we was wrong. We ordered several platters between the party we had we had a great time. Food was amazing. Servers was greatafter that. It was time to go home and sleep just restaurant ended our night with a perfect night.“
