“this DD has very fast service thru their drive thru. the 2 woman i deal with in the early mornings are great. but I have decided to also mention how many times my order gets screwed up and until this day I never got a free coffee. Just i am sorry. today I will start posting how many times something goes wrong with my order. Ask for sweet and low and got regular sugar. They just have to learn better customer service.“

“My wife and I go to Dunk Donuts almost every morning. For less than the price of Starbucks we get a dozen donut holes and two of their blended Carmel latte drinks. 🍩 We love Dunk Donuts! The workers are so kind and thoughtful and the food is always delicious. They have the best donuts and iced coffee I’ve ever had! 😊“

“Listen this food is just too good. I hate meal prep (and cooking tbh) but wanted to eat better. I felt so lucky to find Bri and her team-- the food they make is magic and I swear to gods they trick me into eating more veggies all the time. And then the comfort food? I’m not sure if the gentleman who is usually at the drive-thru window is the manager or the owner, but he is absolutely phenomenal. “Absolutely amazing: the staff is incredibly nice, the place is always clean, and service is fast. I love coming here on the weekends with friends, and since it usually isn't packed, we can stay and relax and chat. I am emotionally attached to this particular Dunkin.

Vegetarian options: Most things either don't have meat (donuts/bakery stuff) or you can get with/without meat (like the avocado toast; you can get it with or without bacon). Everything except the breakfast stuff is vegetarian, I would say. (:

Dietary restrictions: If you're trying to stay away from sugar or animal products, it would be best to stick to black coffee. There are options, but they are pretty limited.

Parking: Depending on the day/time it can be a little difficult to find parking. There are other side streets nearby that you can park on though.

Kid-friendliness: Staff is very nice, especially when kids come in. However, sometimes the kids don't clean up after themselves and leave a huge mess for the workers. Dunkin is not a table service restaurant. If your kid is coming here, please make sure they are being respectful of this shared public space.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp up to the lip in front of the storefronts when entering the parking lot through the Touhy entrance. Otherwise there is a small lip to get up to the pavement from in the parking lot. Getting into the store itself, though, wouldn't be much of a problem. The door can close kind of fast, so someone might need to grab the door.“

“Sadil is the most humble and sweetest barista ever. She always makes my drinks perfectly and greets everyone with a warm smile. Her kindness and respect never go unnoticed, and even during rushes, she stays calm and handles everything with ease. she’s the only reason why I go to that dunkin every weekend!!“

A worker by the name of Jose Munoz is truly upbeat and just started it seems but does his duty to maintain that store with high standards and great expectations. He works with excellent service always, The Coffee and donuts are always much more tasty then the ones I get at any other location, My usual is always fresh and ready within seconds after I order which is truly a must especially when going into work. “I get decaf coffee almost every day and it's wonderful every morning. But at night forget it. Usually I thrown it out because you can't drink it's so bad. Even when I complain and give it back they don't make a new pot of decaf, they give me the same coffee diluted. Didn't they taste the coffee??? It is several hours old and it tastes bad. Good for day workers, Yuck for the evening workers. Tell them if decaf coffee sits for hours, make a new coffee.“
