“This has been my go-to shop for broasted chicken. Quaint little hole-in-the-wall place for good quality, fresh food. I have not yet had any negative experiences with their chicken, apart from maybe the occasional soggy bits on the otherwise crispy skin, but that could be attributed to the chicken steaming inside of the box during the car ride home, so it is best eaten as quickly as can be devoured to experience max deliciousness and freshness. I have been ordering take-out from them for several years and hopefully will continue ordering from them for several more years to come.“

It was HOT when it arrived, the chicken crispy and juicy, very tasty. The mushrooms were for my wife and she said they were fabulous. I always loved the corn fritters but these were just a bit different than I remember as they used to be coated in powdered sugar. These were not, but they were delicious anyway. Hot dogs are the standard Chicago dog, done right, tasty but not hard to find around here. The shakes are fine, but nothing stood out to me to make them worthy of the top billing they get here. BWB also offers bowls and chicken, haven't tried them. The venue is pretty much takeout only, although there is a table on the sidewalk nearby. Service is quick and friendly. “Wow !!! It's hard to find halal korean fried chicken and when i heard bonchon skokie is halal, i just rushed there and tried it for the first time and boy o boy it was delicious, i loved it. Tried drumsticks, wings and strips and spicy flavour. It was mouth watering and perfectly fried. Now this is my go to fried chicken place. Thanks guys for this halal spot. Highly recommended.“
“A bit disappointing. Went to the new location, across the street from the old. At the new location, the burgers were good, but not great like the old place. Something changed - they are now double stack - but just didn't have something which made the old ones great. The place was pretty empty - it was Sunday night - but the TVs were extra loud. More than a bit distracting. Also, I "upgraded" to the loaded tots for $3 and the server brought them out separate and charged $9 as a (small) appetizer. Probably just a communication issue. Lesson learned. Can no longer highly recommend this place.“

Great and seasoned well. Everything is a la carte but you get what you want that way. We always order from this location because my husband swears the food is better than the Evanston location. We like spicy and love the Mango habanero and Cajun wings.“
