“One staff handling some what busy crowd. Kudos to the young girl who handled single handily the crowd and made the patrons happy. First time being to a dunkin having two floors. Dinning area is upstairs, cozy area to spend some time with family and friends. Bathroom can be clean, and no toilet paper.“

I also got a taro boba and that was delicious as well. The boba pearls were soft and chewy. The ladies at the front were very friendly and they gave me a small sample of the taro tea to try before I ordered it. Overall a great experience!“

“I have come here quite a few times for breakfast and I can tryly say that the folks who run this DD are the best!!! They are super polite, very efficient, and always on time. There have been instances when I was running late and needed to get to work on time. I ordered from the app before I arrived and my food was always ready! They're rarely ever have lines to wait and great service. I highly recommend this place.“

“I am a big Dunkin fan and go to several locations and this location is the BEST! They are fast, organized and the most friendly and helpful workers especially my favorite ZARA! She is so kind and friendly and always makes my day with her bright smile and positivity. The whole team there takes great care of me and often knows it’s me by my voice and remembers my order! The one time my cup cracked they had my back immediately too! There are Dunkin’s everywhere but the amazing customer service and kindness is what makes this place stand out. “Absolutely amazing: the staff is incredibly nice, the place is always clean, and service is fast. I love coming here on the weekends with friends, and since it usually isn't packed, we can stay and relax and chat. I am emotionally attached to this particular Dunkin.

Vegetarian options: Most things either don't have meat (donuts/bakery stuff) or you can get with/without meat (like the avocado toast; you can get it with or without bacon). Everything except the breakfast stuff is vegetarian, I would say. (:

Dietary restrictions: If you're trying to stay away from sugar or animal products, it would be best to stick to black coffee. There are options, but they are pretty limited.

Parking: Depending on the day/time it can be a little difficult to find parking. There are other side streets nearby that you can park on though.

Kid-friendliness: Staff is very nice, especially when kids come in. However, sometimes the kids don't clean up after themselves and leave a huge mess for the workers. Dunkin is not a table service restaurant. If your kid is coming here, please make sure they are being respectful of this shared public space.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp up to the lip in front of the storefronts when entering the parking lot through the Touhy entrance. Otherwise there is a small lip to get up to the pavement from in the parking lot. Getting into the store itself, though, wouldn't be much of a problem. The door can close kind of fast, so someone might need to grab the door.“

My husband and i were craving some pink bubble gum ice cream from Baskin-Robbins. However almost none of the locations in the Chicago area seem to carry it (or even answer the phone) we had called several locations but were unsuccessful, until we called this location - one of their employees, Syed answered the phone immediately, was very professional and said they do carry it!. We drove over and our server was the same man who answered the phone. Syed immediately recognized us from the phone call as soon as we asked for the ice cream. And was very very friendly! Absolutely outstanding customer service! We will definitely be returning to this location for our pink bubble gum ice cream!“
