“Stopped by Churro Parlor in Lakeview, and it did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was warm and inviting. Jennifer was absolutely amazing—she took the time to explain the menu, offered great recommendations, and made sure we had the best experience. The churros were fresh, perfectly crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. We tried a few different flavors, and each one was better than the last! Super cute and cozy atmosphere for being a smaller shop, featuring super cute croissant waffles and the best peach oolong tea I've encountered. And I've tried A LOT of Bubble Tea places. “Visited this Starbucks location in the morning and had a great experience. The atmosphere was so relaxing and welcoming, and the workers were all very friendly. Marc even offered us a sample of the crisp bread with ham and cheese that he made. Absolutely delicious! Great service and great vibes. Definitely be coming back.“

“The pastries and deserts they have are great. It’s a good balance of sweetness for the desserts, and a good balance of savoriness for the pastries. The prices are just great too, for 4 pastries, and 1 drink I paid just over $20. Usually it would come out to $30+ at other places.“

“This Sunday was super busy, we almost left to try again another time, but they had put up a sign with the wait times for coffee and food, which was such a thoughtful and considerate touch. In the end, our food came in about half the estimated time, and we got our coffee right away.

Since it’s a brand-new spot, the crowds made total sense. We still found a seat immediately, and even though the place was packed, the noise level was totally manageable. Everyone seemed in great spirits, and you could feel how delighted the community is about this opening. It’s definitely a wonderful spot for families.

The iced coffee and avo lox toast were delicious. It’s a café, so I’m expecting quality ingredients without anything overly luxe, and that’s exactly what they delivered. Prices were fair, and the service was lovely.

We’re lucky to have Hometown in the suburbs, and I’m looking forward to the Northbrook location opening!“

“I stopped by this Dunkin’ location earlier today and was very impressed with the level of service and overall atmosphere. The staff was efficient, courteous, and attentive, even during a busy morning rush. My order was prepared quickly and exactly as requested, and the location was clean and well-maintained.

It’s always refreshing to start the day with great coffee and such positive customer service. Thank you to the team for maintaining such high standards—I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend this rather than the Touhy nor the Lockwood location.“

“Staff are awesome, and very well trained. The manager's name is Victoria and she has a wonderful attitude whenever I see her. Typically I prefer spending time in standalone Starbucks locations, but this one is probably my favorite. Highly recommend“

“I got a pumpkin spice latte with brown sugar boba and the tapioca was super soft, chewy and warm! They’re also doing a Barbie collab right now which allows you to get a free Barbie straw topper if you get one of their Barbie themed drinks; I tried the Barbie Pink-Ade last time and it was refreshing!“
