“always have such a great experience with the employees here, and i LOVE that it's open 24 hours. every time i eat here the bread i get has gotten progressively more hard and stale. it doesnt really ruin the whole sandwich, but it's noticable. it's not an issue any of the store employees have, it's a corporate issue. it's never the employee's fault for the food they get shipped and told to serve, but maybe subway should do a better job of the way its packaging and storing the bread for transportation. overall good experience, i just wish the bread was soft!“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! Even with being busy they made sure to be friendly and checked in to make sure everyone had what they needed. The general manager made sure to share with the other employees how wonderful of a job they did. The food was very good but it's the employees that made it a wonderful place to eat.“

“This is by far my favorite place to get lunch even with all of the other options in the Glen Carbon/Edwardsville area. I am in this establishment at least 3-4 times a week and while there are other options closer to my office in Maryville, I will make the drive not just based on the food but the service as well. All of the employees are amazing. Pheobe, Harris, Matt and Kalynn know my order by heart and start making it as soon as they see me walk in the door. “I clicked yes to recommending Cane's, but I wouldn't recommend an experience like I had today at this location. If I get out of my car and go inside to dine, I don't want my food served in styrofoam containers shoved in a plastic bag and handed to me. In addition, the French fries are typically a tad saltier than most other places, which is OK, but today they resembled candied orange slices they were so COVERED with salt. Not a stellar experience today. 😩“

“I see a few negative reviews of this place and I can tell you that whatever issues they had they have resolved. Ordered my food at roughly 11pm on Friday and got it sooner than expected with the food being very warm. Food was very very good and had a nice presentation to it. Most places its hit or miss when ordering late and close to their closing. But I wouldn't hesitate to order again. Delivery driver was awesome. This place deserves 5 stars.“

“I stopped by Taco Bell for a quick dinner around 7:00 PM and ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme with nacho fries and a medium Baja Blast. The Crunchwrap was warm and filling, with seasoned beef, nacho cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream all mixed together nicely. The nacho fries were hot and crispy with plenty of seasoning, and the Baja Blast was cold and refreshing. My order came out pretty quickly even though there was a small line, and everything was correct. The staff was friendly and the dining area was clean. Overall, it was a good quick meal and I'd definitely stop by again when I'm craving Taco Bell.“

He attempted to outreach me due to an issue with my order, unfortunately my number was not accurate. Upon arrival, he was worried I’d be unhappy with him but he and I had a nice conversation while he completed my order. The food was great and the customer service far surpassed my expectation. “my last couple of sandwiches I’ve ordered using the app have been good. The bread has been fresh and the sandwiches were made correctly. I just didn’t like like them giving me all chocolate chip cookies when they are out of the raspberry white chocolate cookies. But overall keep up the great work!“
