“My first time at this location and literally showed up 15 min to closing last night. Drove an hour to stop here before seeing my niece. Darius was patient and understanding…he went above and beyond. Great hire manager. He definitely need a raise.“

I live now, in the Western suburbs, about 30 miles away from donuts, and there are no donut places out here that even want to compare with don't donuts. “We read about Joe Doughnut Itasca and thought we would give it a try…pulled up to a Shell gas station?!? Wow we were pleasantly surprised. Can’t begin to say enough good things about this place…not gas station food, custom fresh made to your liking off their full menu. Doughnuts were great, flapjacks were outstanding. Great variety of coffee products - regular, cold brew, lattes etc. The staff were warm and friendly, making you feel at home and explaining the menu to you. Met the co-owner, wonderful lady with passion for this place. Can’t believe it has been open for over 2 years. Great kept little secret. Will be back to try more of the menu!“

“Stans is a great place to stop in once you’ve landed in Chicago. This location is conveniently located near ORD and offers a variety of beverages, sandwiches and of course delicious donuts.
I opted to try their special banana matcha and it was delicious! Great quality matcha and addition of banana flavor.
As I arrived a little later in the afternoon the donut stock was limited but I tried one of their croissant donuts and it was delicious- not fresh but still good.
I loved the shop interior, it was super welcoming and clean.“

“Only tried the corndogs and they’re really good. If you’ve had KongDog don’t come here thinking you’ll get the exact same thing though. They don’t put sugar on the original one or drizzle sauce on top of the hot cheeto dog. Also, the potato one was just cut up wavy fries on the outside. They made the corndogs fresh though so all of them were nice and crisp but it took awhile for them to come out.“

“Came for breakfast. Greeted and sat at the table immediately upon arrival. There are sooo many options on the menu. Great selections. They also gave the small donuts which were so good! I had an omelette and fruit which was good. Food came out quickly. Nice size omelette. I recommend and would return.“

“I get decaf coffee almost every day and it's wonderful every morning. But at night forget it. Usually I thrown it out because you can't drink it's so bad. Even when I complain and give it back they don't make a new pot of decaf, they give me the same coffee diluted. Didn't they taste the coffee??? It is several hours old and it tastes bad. Good for day workers, Yuck for the evening workers. Tell them if decaf coffee sits for hours, make a new coffee.“

I’m not sure if the gentleman who is usually at the drive-thru window is the manager or the owner, but he is absolutely phenomenal. He goes above and beyond every time, and what means the most to me is how kind and patient he is with my dog, who can be reactive and protective. That level of kindness and understanding is rare to find these days, and it truly goes a long way. It’s not just about coffee here—it’s about community, and that’s exactly what he brings. It was my own fault for getting too close and trying to peak inside the printer amidst a print job.“

“This is my Dunkin for sure. I always get my coffee extra extra and it always is perfect here no matter what size i get. I also LOVE my Charlie Drink and i am so THANKFUL this location also makes it perfect no matter the size.

For some reason other dunkins tend to miss the mark depending on the size and are not consistent with the flavor of the drink.

Staff is always friendly, this the cherry on top to get my morning started.

“Been coming here for years, but on Friday late afternoon shift seem bothered & when they don’t get the order right, instead of fixing the situation excuses & blame to the customer! The girl with the brown curly hair, back talk & had an attitude with me! She didn’t even make the order but wanted to put her 2 lousey cents on how it was my fault! Of course they didn’t fix my order or offer refund. Management needs to retrain the late noon shift, they seem lazy & high. Sad that it’s a constant problem. I prefer going in the mornings! Everyone here was so freakin nice, I almost thought it was my birthday or something. Seriously. Parking: There are lots of spaces as well as handicapped.

Kid-friendliness: The walk decorations keep them children entertained.

Wheelchair accessibility: The parking spaces for disabled are next to the door and plenty of room to in in & out.“

“Absolutely amazing: the staff is incredibly nice, the place is always clean, and service is fast. I love coming here on the weekends with friends, and since it usually isn't packed, we can stay and relax and chat. I am emotionally attached to this particular Dunkin.

Vegetarian options: Most things either don't have meat (donuts/bakery stuff) or you can get with/without meat (like the avocado toast; you can get it with or without bacon). Everything except the breakfast stuff is vegetarian, I would say. (:

Dietary restrictions: If you're trying to stay away from sugar or animal products, it would be best to stick to black coffee. There are options, but they are pretty limited.

Parking: Depending on the day/time it can be a little difficult to find parking. There are other side streets nearby that you can park on though.

Kid-friendliness: Staff is very nice, especially when kids come in. However, sometimes the kids don't clean up after themselves and leave a huge mess for the workers. Dunkin is not a table service restaurant. If your kid is coming here, please make sure they are being respectful of this shared public space.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp up to the lip in front of the storefronts when entering the parking lot through the Touhy entrance. Otherwise there is a small lip to get up to the pavement from in the parking lot. Getting into the store itself, though, wouldn't be much of a problem. The door can close kind of fast, so someone might need to grab the door.“
