“We read about Joe Doughnut Itasca and thought we would give it a try…pulled up to a Shell gas station?!? Wow we were pleasantly surprised. Can’t begin to say enough good things about this place…not gas station food, custom fresh made to your liking off their full menu. Doughnuts were great, flapjacks were outstanding. Great variety of coffee products - regular, cold brew, lattes etc. The staff were warm and friendly, making you feel at home and explaining the menu to you. “I have now been to Juicy-O twice to meet with my mom for lunch, and each time has been a delightful experience. I discovered the charred beef tips breakfast meal the first time and now I am addicted. I had to order it again the second time I came and it was just as good. The coffee was tasty and replenished often. The service was excellent with friendly staff that were very attentive. Is it wrong I am already looking forward to my next time visiting Juicy-O? I really like most mochi I've tried and had heard of mochi donuts; I had not gone out of my way to try them, though, until a food blogger I like wrote a bit about them, saying he liked them because they were not as sweet as typical donuts. I’m not sure if the gentleman who is usually at the drive-thru window is the manager or the owner, but he is absolutely phenomenal. “Absolutely amazing: the staff is incredibly nice, the place is always clean, and service is fast. I love coming here on the weekends with friends, and since it usually isn't packed, we can stay and relax and chat. I am emotionally attached to this particular Dunkin.

Vegetarian options: Most things either don't have meat (donuts/bakery stuff) or you can get with/without meat (like the avocado toast; you can get it with or without bacon). Everything except the breakfast stuff is vegetarian, I would say. (:

Dietary restrictions: If you're trying to stay away from sugar or animal products, it would be best to stick to black coffee. There are options, but they are pretty limited.

Parking: Depending on the day/time it can be a little difficult to find parking. There are other side streets nearby that you can park on though.

Kid-friendliness: Staff is very nice, especially when kids come in. However, sometimes the kids don't clean up after themselves and leave a huge mess for the workers. Dunkin is not a table service restaurant. If your kid is coming here, please make sure they are being respectful of this shared public space.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp up to the lip in front of the storefronts when entering the parking lot through the Touhy entrance. Otherwise there is a small lip to get up to the pavement from in the parking lot. Getting into the store itself, though, wouldn't be much of a problem. The door can close kind of fast, so someone might need to grab the door.“

“I always go in the afternoon around 5:30pmish and this is genuinely the best and most consistent Dunkin I’ve been to. A lot of other locations you can only hope it taste remotely close but these baristas always make my drink taste absolutely spot on.“

“I get decaf coffee almost every day and it's wonderful every morning. But at night forget it. Usually I thrown it out because you can't drink it's so bad. Even when I complain and give it back they don't make a new pot of decaf, they give me the same coffee diluted. Didn't they taste the coffee??? It is several hours old and it tastes bad. Good for day workers, Yuck for the evening workers. Tell them if decaf coffee sits for hours, make a new coffee.“

“The sandwich was well build with I presume precooked eggs and meat on rye bread. The iced coffee was a bit gritty which I didn’t like. I’m uncertain if that Duncan’s way or just didn’t blend or dissolve. The staff were pleasant and busy cleaning and cleaning!!!“
