“Today was the last day of the solar eclipse donuts and we were walk-ins. We were really early so when we ordered we were told there would be a short wait. Suddenly about 15 people walked in and the young man working alone and doing it all, drive thru,phone orders, online orders, etc. was working so hard to catch up! A fellow employee showed up over an hour late! HE handled customer care satisfaction like the pro he is. He was amazing and Krispy Cream is lucky to have him! I give him 10 STARS🌟 I only wish I knew his name!“

“I went here on a school trip. The inside was nice and cozy. The service was pretty straight forward. The bagels I got were pretty good and the lemonade was tasty. My favorite part of going there was going up the observation tower to see the city. I would definitely go here again.“

“I love this place. It is the only place I want to get Dunkin Donuts. Everywhere else is just pretending to serve coffee. Customer service is excellent. For the most part they don't have you pulling around to bring your order- because that's nonsense. For as long as they keep serving coffee and moving as fast as they do, I will be waiting in line!“

“Great family owned and operated bakery. Their pastries are right out of the oven fresh and are fantastic. Their cakes are great especially their Blue Berry Cheese Cake. OMG FANTASTIC !!! On Sundays they have the best Tamales I have ever had. Its a clean friendly place. I highly recommend this bakery.“

“I’m giving this dunkin a 3 in food/service because I ordered a bagel on my way to work. I asked for a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese on it and the lady in the drive through confirmed. I take out my bagel while I drive and the cream cheese isn’t on it and it’s not veggie, they gave me plain. So you want me to spread my own cream cheese, cool. Now what about a knife to spread it? No knife in the bag. You can’t even call to express your frustration because their number doesn’t work.“

“Today I rolled in around lunch and was recommended the Cookie Butter Cold Brew got a large, and she DELIVERED. I haven't been drinking coffee like I used to and today's drink was wonderful. I didn't get her name but thank you to that whole noon crew. Great energy♡“

“Manayja served us and she was awesome. So kind and fast with her very friendly service. The Sabrina Strawberry Refresher was smooth and delicious.
We also got a selection of donuts and they were great as always.
I recommend making a stop here for a snack or quick meal in Sauk Village.“

“I’m not from this area, I actually live in NW Indiana but sometimes come out this way for work. This is by far the best DD I’ve been too, besides the location in Munster, IN. No matter how busy they are, the line always moves fast, my drinks are always made well, my food is always done fresh (I get the avocado toast) and the toast is crispy but not burnt. Anywhere else the avocado toast is usually soggy or cold. But not at this location. The employees are always so friendly and nice. Never had an issue ever. All I know is that the DD locations in NW Indiana need to take some lessons from the management/staff at the Alsip location because they’re doing something right. Wish I could get this type of service at the other locations. Good job! ?“

“Very good Dunkin. Always makes a good drink. However, the traffic that backs up onto 147th St makes this not a quick stop. I'm usually nervous to stop there on my way to work due to the traffic...but when I do go, and I'm not running late...I always get good service and good coffee.“

But when you go early, around 4:30 a.m., there is only one employee working, so they close the lobby and only take orders through the drive-thru. Just sharing this for those who go on foot to buy their coffee.“

“We ordered for three people. My drink was incorrect. I went inside, and the drink was made. I do believe that it was started wrong. I didn't say anything and took it, hoping that it would be okay in my system. It turned out okay. I don't usually have problems at this one.“
