“I’m writing this review because I had some issues with my orders when going through the drive through. I contacted customer service to inform them about my experience and later that day I got a call from Walter. He asked me about my experience and helped me resolve the issue. As someone who used to work in customer service I really appreciate the way that Walter handled the whole situation. He apologized several times (even though it wasn’t his fault) and he offered to compensate me for my troubles. Based on how Walter handled this situation I will continue to be a customer at Dunkin. This was by far the best experience I’ve had when contacting customer service to report an issue.“

“I just had the lovely experience sitting with a family friend for coffee. I got a lavender bloom and it was by far the best coffee I’ve ever had. I love coffee. It tasted like coffee and the perfect amount of sweet. If you know you know. There were rocking chairs on the porch that were occupied when I arrived but the back seating was intimate and comfy. The walls are lined with local artist exhibits for sale. I have my eyes on one that I plan to purchase when I come back. I look forward to buying more delicious coffee and to see what new Art is displayed. This place gets it. A part of the reemergence if you will. I wish for this place to stay authentic and hope they get just enough business but not too much if you know what I mean. It is a diamond in the rough. It needs to be beloved and protected. Support this local business. May it inspire more like it.“

“I visited Toast and Roast which was recommended by my brother. The atmosphere was awesome and very i inviting, not to mention extremely clean! The food was great, especially the pumpkin cheesecake muffins. They were Light, fresh, moist, and very flavorful. I’d recommend this establishment to anyone and I look forward to my next visit.“

“I just wanted to thank my Starbucks Baristas at this location. Every single one of them is so incredibly kind and welcoming. Even if I’m having a really bad day they always make me smile. When I walk in they know me and know my order by heart (even though it’s stupid complicated). Today I walked in and she had already started loading it into the register by the time I walked up. I go out of my way to go to this location even if another location is closer. I just wanted to let them know how much it means to me and that their kindness, professionalism, and winning attitudes do not go unnoticed. You all are the absolute best!!!! “They are so friendly! They always know what I am trying to order by my description when I can't remember the name of what I had somewhere else. Also, they add on the little things I ask for, extra carmel topper or whip, without up charge. This Starbucks is by far been worth driving to than any other on surrounding areas. They don't skip on the taste, NO watering down like other ones I been to! Very happy! ?“
