“Yes, The Final Cut Is a Steakhouse, but their seafood and pasta dishes are amazing as well. I had the seafood pasta and my wife had the Scallops. Both were amazing and the portions were generous! This is our favorite restaurant. I’m sure over the years, we’ve been there over 25 times!
Kid-friendliness: We are “regulars”, so we know the servers well. They are all personable, and efficient.“

“They're still open as of February, 2025. I was told they closed. Not true. They are off the beaten path, but worth the easy hunt. Google maps took me right to the front door. Service was the best part of our visit, but not far behind was the food. Perfectly cooked steaks and shrimp. Plus, the Chocolate/ Carmel dessert was fantastic. See ya there, Mate!“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had our Nov. 2024 wedding rehearsal at Cut 158 and were completely impressed and happy with our experience. The food is excellent and the service was top notch. The staff made us feel very welcome and taken care of the entire night. They added little cute touches like our picture on the menu that made it feel special and their new space is really modern and perfect for events. We highly recommend this restaurant for special occasions or just a nice dinner out. We have been coming here with our family the last few years and it is an amazing gem in Joliet.“
