I had a the blueberry as a malt. Proper flavor levels for the blueberry and the sweetness, not overly sweet. Great formulation, thick but it would move through the straw. Solid place. Service? The got the order correct, prepared it promptly and the change was correct. No problems. Would return“
“The Ice cream and candy was amazing. It is really cute and the service is great. My only small problem is that the ice cream was to sweet and the actual flavor did not really shine through. It is kind of tucked away in the back corner of the complex but tons of signs with clean directions. Tons of toppings to choose from. “There’s no doubt that this is the best ice cream shop in the greater Chicagoland area, however the staff is what makes the experience much more worth it each time we come. We came in a few nights ago and were helped by the lovely manager Zelle, who made my little brother’s birthday 10x better by not only treating him to a delicious sundae with a fun candy face and lots of sprinkles, but served it with a beautiful smile! Her and other staff were having lots of fun behind the counter and engaging in jokes and conversation with my family. They really made us feel like we were old friends to them, like regulars that they’ve known their whole lives, something you really don’t see anymore. “In town for my daughters graduation from Bootcamp! We came in late, long drive, the Airbnb we got had no air on all day so it was 98 in the house when we got in so we decided to go grab a quick bite. We was a little unsure at first but so glad we came here! My husband and I split a Cuban and my daughters girlfriend got a Turkey sub… both was extremely good… the shredded pork on the Cuban has an amazing Smokey flavor. They were extremely nice even though we did go in close to closing (we did take it to go) .. we were definitely impressed!“

I ordered two cookies, the banana bread and peanut butter cookies & cream. Both were actually really good. If I had to pick one, I think I would go with the banana bread. The service was fast, I ordered at the kiosk at the front, then someone brought the cookie to the front before I could finish taking my pictures. The server opened the box to make sure I was happy with the way the cookies looked. Once I told her I was happy she gave me my cookies to go. There is no place to sit on the inside of the bakery.“
“I have now visited this place a few times. I was here when they first opened and they needed to work out the kinks. I visited again when their pastries seemed to only come out of the refrigerated shelves and now they have a case with pastries. The two women working were nice when I arrived both greeting me separately when I walked in. One worked solely on drive thru orders and didn't help out the main counter if there was no one in the drive thru. The other working the main counter took her time making my drink of choice: hot mocha with oatmilk and an extra pump of chocolate (not a coffee drinker here). She filled my mug to the brim with artistic yumminess. It's a fairly open concept inside with two Jeni's ice cream coolers along one wall and a refrigerated cooler with juice cold brew canned coffees, bagels, fruit and other items. There's plenty of seating and plenty of space so you aren't on top of others. They have bistro tables, high chairs with a counter along two windows, low tables for 2/4/6 people for privacy to collaboration, and they have comfortable chairs and couches with coffee tables. It's a great place to start your day, conduct business, meet up with family and friends or to just kick back with a nice cup of Joe and a decent nosh.“

“The ice cream is fantastic, the only downside is the service is kind of mid. They sometimes take forever because they’re always understaffed but the food does not disappoint! They always are asking to tip on their computer though which is super annoying considering they just stare you down while you are on the machine. All the menu items are diverse and I prefer the marshmallow, strawberry banana, and strawberry chocolate ice cream!! Also all their teamonades are super good!!! I prefer raspberry, peach, and lychee. They also sometimes add the actual fruit and a lemon piece into the drinks. The ambiance is kind of meh, it’s a very bright atmosphere but with empty and big spacing around the seats. Sometimes when it’s busy there’s not enough space to even enjoy your treat, but I love the ice cream and drinks! “

“First off the service was great. They were very nice people. There are more tables than you'd expect but I imagine at busytimes might be more of a take out destination. And it seemed clean and bright inside which is good. The best food was the burger, juicy...it was a good solid burger. Kids weren't as big fans of the chicken gyro (would've gotten the real gyro but there wasn't much left, which probably means it's popular, when I got there, so would try that in the future). Fries were decent. They make the shakes from scratch (just probably need to clean the blenders (and/or ice cream scoopers) more btw uses as the plain chocolate shake had a strong minty note (also I wasn't paying attention but chocolate shakes gotta still have added choc syrup, I dunno if it did, which prolly means no). Oh and gotta use fresh bananas for banana shakes, syrup or powder, to quote the bard Mando, just isn't the way. And that might be my biggest gripe with an otherwise really solid diner-like joint.“
“My husband and I stopped into the Dairy Queen Ltd Brazier on a hot summer day when we had a craving for blizzard. When we arrived, we found a line that stretched almost out the door. This did not deter us. We wanted our ice cream. Luckily for us, the line moved pretty fast. The servers were very nice and handled a busy situation well. I ordered a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup blizzard while my husband ordered a cookie dough blizzard. We paid and went home to satisfy our craving. “I had ordered through Grubhub and delivery. I ordered Mama K's Supreme pizza with hand rolled dough. The pizza had generous toppings or ingredients under the thick cheese (a big plus). “This place is so awesome. I love taking the kids here. They have a bunch of different flavors to try. They have some ice creams that are milk/cream base and some that are water based. They also sell other foods and drinks here like walking taco in a bag and fresh fruit chamoy with tajin. They had baked goods for sale. I ordered the dragon fruit with was good and sweet. It's one of my favorites next to cucumber ice cream. I tried a new flavor that had passion fruit, mango, tropical mix. It was pretty good. The bright colors inside of the restaurant transports you to a tropical island somewhere, and makes you forget it's 40 degrees outside. The service is always so awesome here. If you see a flavor and are curious about it, they let you try it out. I would definitely recommend trying La Michoacana if you're in the area.“

The customer service is BEYOND spectacular. I arrived just shortly after they opened and was walking around, the gentleman was kind and had a plethora of knowledge on the toffee and Gelato products. He gave me the history of the business and even about the toffee and co-business with the Gelato. His honest and product knowledge was superior. He demonstrated he knows his clients and product. The Gelato was out of this world, tasted like the Gelato in Italy because it really was produced by the Italians and the same way. We love toffee and they had numerous variations of flavors and chocolate collaborations. The coffee was spit on too. The quality of every product is truly superior like their customer service and very generous portions. Pricing is spot on for what you get. This place is worth the 30cminite drive from Glenview. Nothing compares to their flavors of Gelato and toffee selection. Lots of sitting room to socialize, read or work on your computer.“
