“First of all, the staff at this particular location need a raise, Because they actually understand customer service. I went to Subway and had no clue what I wanted to eat, And yet the staff was patient with me did not rush me can allow me to customize my sandwich. The way I wanted to. They had the footlong cookie too, which I wanted to try however, After the cookie went into the oven, I was expecting it to have a crispy exterior like a cookie, but it did not, it felt almost like a footlong piece of cake. Which was the only bad thing about it...“

“I ate at this Charleys location for the first time in a while and lemme tell you, this place is amazing!!! Seems like new management because the place is ten times better than when I had it before. I ordered a philly steak cheese fries boneless lemon pepper wings and a strawberry lemonade and everything was ON POINT! The service was great too, the manager i believe his name is Jay was really nice and helpful. I noticed they have milkshakes but i had no room for dessert the food is so filling and worth the money, definently want to try that cookies and cream milkshake next time tho :)

Vegetarian options: They have a grilled veggie sandwich that is delicious!

“Jay at the counter was amazing! We ordered online because there was a line but he made accommodations like mayo and mustard on the bread etc. half tomato on the nachos, as we were in store, and he didn’t make a fuss about us asking to edit the order. The atmosphere gets a 1 star because the people walking in were obnoxious and rude. Definitely would have eaten inside had there not been numerous people in there being rude to the employee. Thanks Jay!!“

“I had a really great experience at Charley’s. The food was fresh and came out quickly, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. The customer service was excellent, especially from an employee named Jasu. Jasu was very friendly, helpful, and made sure my order was right. It’s always nice when someone goes the extra mile to make customers feel comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back again because of the great service!“

Some have never had Mr. Submarine before and really liked it! They were stuffing pieces in their sweaters to take home!“

“Bread is great making for one outstanding sandwich. I live just over the border in Illinois and would eat Penn Station a few times a week if we had one near by. And thank you for still brewing iced tea. So many other restaurants have gone to the cheap and gross syrup out of a fountain station which I refuse to drink.“
