“We have Been at Theo’s at least 20 times in the last 3 years. The first time was the best and last night was the last. Food was a lot better 3 years ago. The staff seemed like they cared about you buying the right or the best value, Last night we were ripped off. David was our server. Telling how great the specials were with out telling us the price. My wife wanted seafood not steak. So we ordered her the seafood crab legs, lobster tail and shrimp. Crab legs tasted like they were frozen for a long time, the lobster was Tuff. Shrimp was good in garlic butter. I had a steak. With mushrooms. Do your self a favor ask what the price for any specials . DON’T BUY ANYTHING WITHOUT KNOWING THE PRICE. SeaFood Special $175.66 Who the hell charges this for a pound of crab legs and a lobster tail? Never again! Buyer beware!“

“My visit to Council Oak for dinner was a fantastic experience. This was our third time dining there, and each visit has been exceptional. The waitstaff were incredibly sweet, and everything was served promptly. The food is definitely worth the price. Although I’m not a gambler, I go to the casino just to eat at this amazing restaurant. “We typically love it here. However, we had an easily avoidable issue yesterday. The app only allows the "call ahead" for up to 6. We had a party of 12. So, we called the location to ask if they could accommodate a party of 12. We kept getting placed on hold by 3 different employees only to be told they can't give a time estimate until we are physically there (15+minutes btw of employee after employee). Okay, we pack up and head there. After arriving we are told they can't even sit the 12 of us together and it's a 1.5 hour wait. What a WASTE of OUR time. I understand the wait is based on the customer traffic. But if you guys know you can't sit 12 together, TELL US OVER THE DAM PHONE!!!!!!“

“We ate here, and the restaurant was packed. I just knew we were going to be waiting a very long time, and we had my Mom with us. She’s 82. But, I gave the hostess the name, and she said that they actually had a table, and as soon as the rest of the party came, she’d seat us. Our daughters were like 1 minute out. As soon as they came, it was literally like 2 minutes before we were seated. Boy, we were blessed that day, because it was super packed!!!! So I personally had the ribeye steak, and it was delicious, with no steak sauce. I’m not a fan, but had no complaints. Well seasoned, and perfectly cooked. Our daughter loves the spinach dip, like LOVES it. It was ok to me though. My Mom enjoyed her salad, and all the appetizers, but she didn’t like the meal. They were gracious enough to take it off the bill. Our daughter had the burger, she said it was ok, but those pita chips were everything. My husband had a T-bone steak. He said it was a little undercooked, because he asked for well done. But the SERVICE was extraordinary!!! Our server was Jada!! She went above and beyond in customer service. She refilled drinks, took plates away, kept asking if we’re doing ok, and the restaurant was packed. It’s all about the service you receive, and it was definitely A1?!!! Definitely will be returning!!“

“The bread is always delish! Ordered the roasted chicken and steak with sweet potato. The onion blossom was not that great. The inner part of it was not fully cooked. Portions are nice, food is ok. I do enjoy the chicken, which is moist and cooked just right. Service is always pleasant. Staff are friendly.“
