When I went for the first time I needed a seller because this work like self service, they help me and were so kind. Cookies are expensive but so delicious. The store is too small and it’s confuse because there are two lines, one for order and one for pickup, because of the size of the store it’s kind a mess“

“The ice cream is great, but the online ordering process is a bit odd. Once I showed up, I told the worker my name, and I thought he asked for my ID. I showed him my driver's license, which matched my order, but somehow, that wasn't good enough. I had to stand there and wait for my wife to send me a screenshot of our order. It wasn't a bad experience, but there is definitely room for opportunity.“

“I enjoy getting an original rainbow cone and I'm thankful there are more locations to enjoy them. We accidentally discovered they have a junior size cone which provides just as much flavor and the (required) obligatory drip(s) on my shirt and pants despite my efforts otherwise. They currently offer the Jr size for a buck off on Tuesday making the trip less costly.
I'd suggest a trip to the original Rainbow Cone at 92nd and Western for the true experience. Walk in, stand in line and sit at the tables out back. The original location is on my personal list of Chicago favorites. Thankfully they no longer close in the off-season...“

“The place was a ghost town. I was the only one there. The only thing that changed about the peanut buster parfait was the price ( over $5.00 now ). The worker that was there was very pleasant. It does not have to be blistering hot outside to enjoy good ice cream.“
