The beers are awesome pretty much across the board, and the inside is all exposed brick and coziness - definitely makes you want to sit a spell and tip a few beers back.

I absolutely love that Maplewood now has *hop water* 🙌🏼 (several hop water flavors to choose from, actually) and a bunch of infused seltzers to choose from, in addition to the beer and spirits.
And I *adore* that Maplewood loves pugs!! I’ve yet to meet a pug there for some scritches over a brew, but we all gotta have goals amirite?? 🤭🐶

“First time at Spiteful brewing and it was exactly what you might expect from an independent brewery. Good selection of beers, good location and it looks like they have a very nice outdoor seating area out front.

This day was not conducive to outdoor seating, but I imagine this is a great location during the summer months.“

“Hopewell has such a cute vibe! I loved the fact that they had a large selection of games for passing your time there as you enjoy the beer. The Lil Buddy was perfect. Just a little something. They also had super friendly bartender who was kind enough to give me a few stickers. I collect enamel pins, so was glad to buy one of those from the merch.“

“Love coming here in the mornings! My favorite coffee shop within 10 minutes of me. I normally get a cappuccino or a matcha/matcha lemonade. I love that I can bring my dog in to hang out with me too. It’s a good sized space, and they have a lot of events in the evenings as well.“

However, every flavor i have bought from this company at the farmer's market tastes like fruit juices, without any hint of vinegar. “Visited May 2024. Great craft beer brewery. Indoor and outdoor seating. Good selection of beers, mostly pale ales/ipas when I visited but also some heavier darker beers + lagers etc. There is something for everyone.
There was also a shop, good amount of to-go beers, merch and some weed stuff.

“The vibe is very chill and relaxing. The sandwich I had was thanksgiving turkey sandwich . Delicious with turkey gravy served on the side. Beer was really tasty . My first beer was a Kriek sour 3.5 out of 5 . The sour taste was very forward but but behind that there was not a good punch of cherry flavor. My second beer was a raspberry jalapeno that was very tasty. It was in the belguin fruit beer style. I give that one 4 out 5. The flavors were bright and playful with a slight hint of sweetness. Enjoyable place and nice servers and people.“

“Fabulous night. Our group tried the special hamburger, beef stew and bangers and mash. All were great. We also tried a special beer and the beer cocktail. The two in our group that had the beer cocktail really liked it! They are not beer people so the cocktail drink version was perfect. To end the night, we did the gingerbread decorating kit. It was fun and tasted great with a Guinness!“

The service is always top notch and the pizza is crazy delicious! We usually split The Butcher with an add of giardinara - totally amazing. Everything from the steak sandwich to the smash burger are delicious and don't even get me started on the fried pickles! You can't stop eating them!! “A pleasant neighborhood brewery, bar, and restaurant. We generally order burgers or fish and chips, and enjoy a local beer with our meal. We ordered soft pretzels for our ap, which came with two amazingly good dpping sauces - yum!

The Pho was a little sweeter than I expected, but it was my first time having it so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The beef skewers, egg rolls, and wings were amazing. “Before the spot burned down, this was my favorite neighborhood spot to visit for good beer and food.The food was always amazing. They served solid bar food and had some amazing dinner options. Also the atmosphere was really cool with the paintings and the windows into the brewery. They also had a wide variety of beer that they would come out with and rotate out seasonally, so it was always worth coming back to try the new beer they released.The parking was pretty good as there was a good amount of free parking near the venue.I talked with the owners and they are planning to reopen. I can't wait for them to come back!!“

“Haymarket is a pub on W. Randolph Street that we recently stopped by while waiting for our table at Au Cheval across the street to become available. They have a good sized indoor seating area as well as a few tables near the bar. Several tellies behind the bar showing sports games. Drink list includes a good selection of handcraft beers. We enjoyed a porter and blond that both pretty good, easy to enjoy while watching a bit of baseball and basketball on the evening. Would be happy to pop back in for another round if in the area if in the area again.“

“We have been wanting to try this place for a long time and finally made our way there. It's big and bright inside with lots of Mexican flare. The service was friendly and inviting and the food was so tasty. We had nachos with chicken and bowl with steak. The servings are big so come hungry. I'm not a huge beer drinker but we really enjoyed the mango and mint seltzers. We even bought some to take home. So whether you're catching a game or just hanging with friends /family, this is an excellent choice to drink and eat!“
