“I took my boys here on a Saturday at around 4:30 after a trip to the Volo museum. We were immediately greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable and attentive waitress. The appetizer plate had the best onion rings and these creamy smoky bacon Gouda Mac n cheese bites that were to die for! Pan pizza came out as a deep dish and my teenager loved it. My oldest and I got the rib and broasted chicken combo…. OMG No regrets! The chicken was seasoned well with a delicious, crispy, light breading and the ribs were fall off the bone scrumptious with a perfect smoky/sweet bbq sauce. Do NOT skip the peach cobbler!! The warm, crispy peaches and streusel topping tasted like it was made with love. What a great place and we absolutely love our server. She was engaging and knew the menu. Will definitely return!“

Otherwise, everything else is top quality! Be careful when ordering this “build your own burger.”🍔 I’ve never tasted onions so bad, and seem to be imbedded into the meat that tasted so bitter and awful salty. “Out first experience at The Wadsworth Inn. Charming interior. Noisy crowd at the bar having fun. Chose our seats. Excellent drinks. Noisy crowd joined us in the dining room. Food was outstanding. Debby, not our server, came to talk to us, offered to take our 49th anniversary picture. Sweet woman. Price of the food was worth every penny. Generous portions, hot and delicious. We will be back with our own noisy crowd! Live music was excellent!“

“Had the opportunty to stop in at the hidden Max-Boyd-s Hideout in Antioch recently, interesting place, decor and experience.

Located in Antioch, but off the beaten path, literally. a few blocks off of Grass Lake Road is the Hideout, not far away from any of the Chain of Lakes.

Weathered and worn, like a old leather jacket, if you are looking for an old school tavern style place, you should stop in.

Bring cash only, or use their ATM, indulge in their beer or drink selection while seated at the bar, table or play a Slot machine.

I enjoyed the grilled chicken sandwich-fries or chips, which was delicious and flavorful.
I see they have ribs, burgers, fish frys and prime rib selections as well available.

The prohibition, Al Capone theme is a nice touch as well. Test your sense of adventure and stop in.“

I showed up on Thursday to find out they’ve got an all you can eat taco special 👀 I gotta roll myself out to my car after this. Don’t let the previous rough construction out front fool you, this place is gold. I had the steak and chorizo tacos that were superb. Mango margarita slapped 👏🏻“

“This little historical restaurant is an excellent choice when it comes to fish Fridays. My family and I went yesterday to experience their fish fry and we were not disappointed. “Most excellent burger my husband has ever had. Ordered Wisconsin burger. It had large beef patty, brat, saurkraut, cheese, etc. I had chicken cesar wrap. It was so full and so good. Ordered our fries & tots crispy and they were done to perfection. The waitress was busy but she moved about so quickly and checked on us multiple times. Excellent all around. It was late evening on 7/12/26 - can't recall waitresses name.“
