“This location is the very best for the food and the service in all the whole Chicago area. Every time we come here the food is hot and fresh!!! Somebody needs to recognize these people who cook the food and the young man who works the drive thru window. Out of hundreds of visits to this and other locations not one other location can even come close to the Lombard location. They can teach the others things are 2.

“This location has great food and service no complaints, I took it for my flight and the meal was enjoyable in contrast to POPEYES which needs to clean their oil. You can taste the difference quantity and quality goid location but I Always ask for fresh cooked chicken or other menu items because what if I get something that has been under heat lamps too long then I will upset with myself for not personally requesting it. Especially with fast,food .“

“I went to Dell Rheas chicken basket Sunday with my family. The food is always amazing. This week was a bit different than our other experiences. We were about to leave and it started to storm outside. There was a car in the parking lot that had its windows and sunroof open. The owner or manager was announcing that the car had had its windows and sunroof open. No one was replying. After a few minutes, somebody had realized that it was their vehicle. The gentleman whose vehicle it was, was having trouble closing his sunroof. The owner or manager went into the parking lot and assisted the gentleman and covering or closing his sunroof getting completely soaked in the rain. These are the things that go unnoticed as a manager or owner in this industry. I seen this because I was sitting in the parking lot in my truck getting ready to leave. I too oversee three hospitality operations and had to leave this review and give that man credit! GREAT JOB!!“
