“And don't stop at Taco John's very often. But Saturday night around 11:00 there wasn't many options so I pulled in and they had their two fiesta tacos for $5 and I have to say they were actually quite good nice chunks of chicken I was actually quite impressed. I believe you get a choice between steak or chicken for their tacos. Definitely going to have to stop in again.“

“Waited in a long line just to hear that it was going to take another 20 minute wait for white rice to be done. This is unacceptable and they should've already had white rice in the cooker when they noticed that it was half way done. We ended up just leaving with no chipotle.
This is an update to my previous review : We haven't experienced any more waits at this location & the food always tastes fresh when we go. We get chipotle atleast once a week and it's always 10/10 now 😁“

“I can’t say enough great things about this location! The food here was hot—so much so that it was almost comical, as we joked about how other area Taco Bells never serve food this fresh and hot. It was a completely different experience from the State Street location, where the employees can be vulgar, rude, and inappropriate.
The service at Machesney Park was absolutely outstanding! The staff was friendly, professional, and clearly take pride in providing a great customer experience. It’s refreshing to see a fast-food team that gets it right!
This location has become our go-to spot for Taco Bell. If you want fresh, hot food and excellent service, this is the place to be!“

“Our server, Jake, is down to earth, personable, and goes above and beyond the call of duty. We visit Chicago on a regular basis since moving to IL, and Jake is by far the best server we’ve met In the area.
Food is great, drinks are generous, and the fried ice cream is just the ticket after a mission burrito. Will definitely be back. Give Jake a raise!“

“SO GOOD!! As soon as I opened the door the smell of fabuloso and clean literally hits your face. The service is quick and the people are kind! The food was amazing and had great taste and was a big portion. Would definitely eat here again (my fav mexican restaurant now) and definitely recommend!! 10/10!“

Every taco is a masterpiece — from the perfectly charred tortillas to the juicy, well-seasoned meats that are clearly cooked with love and experience. “We eat at the restaurant quite often and have always had a great meal. We used their catering services for my retirement lunch at my work. They did a fantastic job! Everything was delicious!! Wrapped perfectly so it stayed hot. Highly recommend and would use them again in a heart beat!!“

“This a pretty solid taco bell. But CONSISTENTLY every time I order a stacker with steak, and rice around 5pm, I get about 1+ inch of empty tortilla on top of the item. Like come on. I'm already paying $0.90 cents for steak. And another $0.90 cents for the rice and sauce I but I get way less food than if I were to order beef instead. A manager must work around this time who's a real stickler on portions. But every other item is great and every time I go the workers are wonderful. The food is really good. That's my only complaint is all the empty tortilla I gotta bite through to get a bite with some food. Hope this can change in the future“
