“We had our wedding celebration here in June, and it was absolutely perfect - thanks to Mary Ann! Mary Ann was so helpful with coordinating the day, and incredibly kind through the whole process! She is so thorough with planning, and making sure everything was to our liking!
The day of our celebration everything was amazing and went smoothly! The food and drinks were a huge hit, and the entire staff was incredibly kind! We were also happy with the gluten free options and dietary accommodations !!
Would HIGHLY recommend having an event here, and also a meal and drinks!

“my husband had a taste for chicken I wanted a gyro so we went to Athens to get a gyro while we were there he noticed that they had a fried chicken dinner so we ordered it unfortunately being late in the day they were out of chicken but the owner went to the supply store and got the chicken took our oder and delivered it for free and the chicken was delicious would recommend Athens to everyone great service“

“We ❤️ Thornton Distilling!! We come here regularly and I just realized I've never left a review encouraging others to check it out. The food and drinks are great (obsessed with the lavender lemonade they make in the summer), the bar itself is very cool and historic and their outdoor patio is dog friendly. My husband has done the distillery tour for his bachelor party and thought it was really fun. Highly recommend!“

“First time Golden Bear in Lansing. The food and service was great. However, when I checked my bank account I was charged $9.98 more then the amount on the receipt I received from the register. When I went back the manager was very nice & helpful. She refunded the $. The restaurant receipt had the same amount. I pulled up my bank account & showed her the amount from my bank. We both thought it was so strange! Maybe the register malfunctioned? Again the manager was awesome!“

Sitting on the deck reminds me of family gatherings where we'd sit around and tell stories with beers in hand. The bartender kept her head on a swivel, always quick to grab your next drink before you've even had a chance to ask.Music was just the right volume to hear all the words to your favorite song without missing any of the conversation right next to you. Everywhere else I get a gyros plate it has enough meat for 2 or 3 sandwiches.the subs seemed to be lacking meat as well. Again first time getting it there and was just surprised.“
