“Great food. Clearly, this is where the locals go! Wonderful Liver and sauteed Onions. The liver was soft, not grisly. Perfectly seasoned with crispy edges. My family doesn't eat Liver, so this will be my spot next time I need a fix. My complements to the chef, it was perfectly executed“

I got the last of the bag fries. Just little pieces of crunchy nothings. Which I would have just eaten anyway. But the big problem was everything was salty. My burger and my fries. Salty to the point that I couldn't eat it. I just bagged it up and took it home for the dog. I didn't season it at all. I'm not sure why they would be putting so much seasoning on their food. especially salt. it's rather annoying when you're paying almost $20 for a burger and you can't eat it. I didn't complain nor ask for my money back but now I wish I would have. I usually don't have a problem with them. Today was a really bad day though.“

“Let's start with the food, when we went it was early afternoon when most places haven't finished cooking today's food and you get leftovers warmed up in a microwave, NOT HERE! Wife got the wings, I got a 2 meat platter with pulled pork and grilled shrimp. Both of us were impressed, the food was outstanding and the staff was top notch! Very friendly and the place had more than enough room for my wife's power wheelchair to maneuver comfortably. We will be back!“

“The food and staff at 54th St in Glen Carbon are great but I REALLY HATE how after the remodel they can’t open the patio doors. What is the point of even saying you have a patio when it is all closed up.“

“Parking lot on both sides of the building, but only enter building from one parking lot. Weekdays, only the bar side is open for seating. There's a 2nd room for seating on weekends. We left after dark, and the doorway leading to the parking lot is double door without lighting. If someone struggles walking, there's limited room, and limited handrail assistance.“

“Our family just had an amazing restaurant experience at Red Robin in Edwardsville! Our son has Down syndrome and being in public places causes him a lot of anxiety. We haven’t been to a restaurant as a family in many years because the stress for him and everyone around him was just too much. On arrival the hostess was so accommodating! She let my husband look at the table options to see what would work best for our son. She worried about skipping over us on the wait list even though we were clear that we were totally fine with waiting for the table that worked best. The manager asked a server to take on an extra table so that we wouldn’t have to wait longer. Our server, Mason, was so kind to take on an extra table for us. Mason is an excellent server. He was very friendly with our boys, kept our drinks full, and brought our food and drinks very quickly. Our meals were delivered quick and delicious. Thank you Red Robin for giving us an awesome experience!“

Their frozen custard is pretty good but I really enjoyed their banana shake. They have a good mix of Dr Pepper on the soda fountain most of the time.“

“Normally I LOVE this place ... not tonight. 45 mins in the drive through to get a cold burger handed to me , minus my concrete. She said she would go back and get it. Waited 10 more minutes , went inside , the line is out the door . Asked for my concrete, they handed me a completely melted cup of custard .... I asked for my money back. They had plenty of help , but no organization . They were all running around doing 2 or 3 different things , not organized at all, The manger was no where to be found .. I was told she was in the bathroom. When she finally came out , she had an I do nit really care what your complaint is attitude . I got my money back and left ... normally the food is hot and fresh, it takes a bit , but I have never seen such a mess as tonight !“

“We stopped on our way from WI to TX to see what all the fuss was about. A butter burger sounded mouth-wateringly delicious. Honestly, it was just a burger, but the crinkle fries were hot and crisp and salty, and the cheese curds were zesty and fresh. And I got a mini flavor of the day frozen custard, b/c apparently frozen custard is a big deal up here, and when in Rome… anyway it was scrumptious and I wanted to lick the cup clean.

Best part of this place was friendliness of staff. After being in Wisconsin and Chicago, it was nice to finally be in an area where people are nice and actually respond to you when you say something! Big difference between northern and southern Illinois. We felt like we were getting closer to home (Texas).“

“He health of every organization begins at the top. This Hardees restaurant is clearly being led by someone who cares. I met the GM today. She was kind, courteous, and very caring toward the customers. The dining area is exceptionally clean. It's a pleasure coming in here. I highly recommend this Hardee's store.“

Even with being busy they made sure to be friendly and checked in to make sure everyone had what they needed. “This wasn't a bad stop at all! The person who took our order was very kind and happy to make some adjustments with our food. It was good to stop here because we had been traveling all day. It was like a little haven. The atmosphere was a 3/5 stars, though, because there was hardly anyone. Even then, it was peaceful and a nice break. The fries out of all the food, was the only less pleasant food. It tasted oddly chemically and bitter. The lone star burger was much better with a soft bun, nice hamburger meat, and crunchy lettuce. “I've been to this location a handful of times and have had a great experience with the food and service every time but the wait time could be improved on. Each time I've visited it always seems to take twice as long as you would anticipate.

With that being said though, it has always been worth the wait because the food and service from the employees has been well above my expectations. The employees are super friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. Definitely recommend this location.“

“It was my first time ordering food at this location and oh my lord the staff members were so incredibly friendly. We visited today after a bit of Black Friday shopping, ordered our food in the lobby and dined in. We walked in to a full lobby and a smiling cashier that was laughing and joking around with the customer in front of us while we decided what to order. I ordered the baconator combo, which I wished came with more sauce on it but I just grabbed some ketchup from the lobby. I definitely recommend the vanilla rootbeer, it was incredibly delicious and the fries were nice and fresh, and well salted. Another staff member was diligently making sure their tables were clean for customers to accommodate the busy day. Great team members, great service and great food.“

The food was alright nothing to write home about but the service well ill leave it at that. Needless to say I didn't want to eat it. Another waste of my pocketbook.
