“Great food. Clearly, this is where the locals go! Wonderful Liver and sauteed Onions. The liver was soft, not grisly. Perfectly seasoned with crispy edges. My family doesn't eat Liver, so this will be my spot next time I need a fix. My complements to the chef, it was perfectly executed“

Salty to the point that I couldn't eat it. I just bagged it up and took it home for the dog. I didn't season it at all. I'm not sure why they would be putting so much seasoning on their food. especially salt. it's rather annoying when you're paying almost $20 for a burger and you can't eat it. I didn't complain nor ask for my money back but now I wish I would have. I usually don't have a problem with them. Today was a really bad day though.“

“Let's start with the food, when we went it was early afternoon when most places haven't finished cooking today's food and you get leftovers warmed up in a microwave, NOT HERE! Wife got the wings, I got a 2 meat platter with pulled pork and grilled shrimp. Both of us were impressed, the food was outstanding and the staff was top notch! Very friendly and the place had more than enough room for my wife's power wheelchair to maneuver comfortably. We will be back!“

“Parking lot on both sides of the building, but only enter building from one parking lot. Weekdays, only the bar side is open for seating. There's a 2nd room for seating on weekends. We left after dark, and the doorway leading to the parking lot is double door without lighting. If someone struggles walking, there's limited room, and limited handrail assistance.“

“He health of every organization begins at the top. This Hardees restaurant is clearly being led by someone who cares. I met the GM today. She was kind, courteous, and very caring toward the customers. The dining area is exceptionally clean. It's a pleasure coming in here. I highly recommend this Hardee's store.“

“Our family just had an amazing restaurant experience at Red Robin in Edwardsville! Our son has Down syndrome and being in public places causes him a lot of anxiety. We haven’t been to a restaurant as a family in many years because the stress for him and everyone around him was just too much. On arrival the hostess was so accommodating! She let my husband look at the table options to see what would work best for our son. She worried about skipping over us on the wait list even though we were clear that we were totally fine with waiting for the table that worked best. The manager asked a server to take on an extra table so that we wouldn’t have to wait longer. Our server, Mason, was so kind to take on an extra table for us. Mason is an excellent server. He was very friendly with our boys, kept our drinks full, and brought our food and drinks very quickly. Our meals were delivered quick and delicious. Thank you Red Robin for giving us an awesome experience!“

“When we've been there the service is always good and the staff friendly. The food is good. I especially like their grilled chicken club with fries. Their frozen custard is pretty good but I really enjoyed their banana shake. They have a good mix of Dr Pepper on the soda fountain most of the time.“

“My wife and I met five friends here for dinner on a recent Saturday evening. World Cup games were being televised, so the place was very busy. Nonetheless, we were able to find two low-top tables, slide them together, and enjoy dinner. The team member serving us was very attentive. I had the two-meat platter with pulled pork and chicken tenders (brisket was so popular it had already sold out)...the platter was tasty. Everyone enjoyed the meal. Several of us ultimately sat outside at one of their tables to talk in a slightly quieter environment. All in all a very nice evening!“

“Normally I LOVE this place ... not tonight. 45 mins in the drive through to get a cold burger handed to me , minus my concrete. She said she would go back and get it. Waited 10 more minutes , went inside , the line is out the door . Asked for my concrete, they handed me a completely melted cup of custard .... I asked for my money back. They had plenty of help , but no organization . They were all running around doing 2 or 3 different things , not organized at all, The manger was no where to be found .. I was told she was in the bathroom. When she finally came out , she had an I do nit really care what your complaint is attitude . I got my money back and left ... normally the food is hot and fresh, it takes a bit , but I have never seen such a mess as tonight !“

“We stopped on our way from WI to TX to see what all the fuss was about. A butter burger sounded mouth-wateringly delicious. Honestly, it was just a burger, but the crinkle fries were hot and crisp and salty, and the cheese curds were zesty and fresh. And I got a mini flavor of the day frozen custard, b/c apparently frozen custard is a big deal up here, and when in Rome… anyway it was scrumptious and I wanted to lick the cup clean.

Best part of this place was friendliness of staff. After being in Wisconsin and Chicago, it was nice to finally be in an area where people are nice and actually respond to you when you say something! Big difference between northern and southern Illinois. We felt like we were getting closer to home (Texas).“

Even with being busy they made sure to be friendly and checked in to make sure everyone had what they needed. The general manager made sure to share with the other employees how wonderful of a job they did. The food was very good but it's the employees that made it a wonderful place to eat.“

“After a pathetically bad experience at another fast food place, walked into Hardee's and was immediately greeted by a counter person with a welcome and a smile. Place was clean, food was fast and very good. Only two people working and they both did a great job!!!!“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“
