“I’ve eaten at El Anzuelo several times now, and every dish I’ve tried has been absolutely delicious! Their seafood is fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The staff is always welcoming and attentive, and the food comes out quickly—even during busy times. If you’re looking for authentic Mexican seafood with great service, this place is a must-visit! Also as an avid horchata drinker. I’m always satisfied with the quality.“

“Warning! Cash only.Literally this would be a great place if it weren't for the fact they're strictly cash. The atmosphere was decent, but very quiet. The food was delivered hot and fresh, and i would visit again, but with cash. They served white corn tortilla tacos, yellow might've been better. The meat was good, but they didn't have lengua. They served the food in a timely manner, and the decor was decent. It was clean and sanitizers we're available at every table. Which is useful, there is a bathroom available for paying customers.“

“Absolutely loved this place! The food was authentic, with delicious homemade chips and salsa that tasted fresh and flavorful. The restaurant was very clean, and the customer service was fantastic – everyone was welcoming and attentive. The pineapple juice was a nice surprise, super refreshing and tasted homemade. Definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for quality food and a great experience!“

“Best Gorditas in suburban Chicago!!! Great atmosphere, competitive pricing, clean and sanitary. Wide selection of gorditas, good live music. Try their discada and chicharrón prensado. Their gorditas are estilo Santiago Paspasquiaro, Durango, Mexico!!!! The only cons are their hours of operation and they don't take Cards, cash only.“

“Classic Mexican authentic food. I remember going here as a kid after family parties lol. Staff is responsive and attentive. Good variety of food. Great internet marketing and presence (hats off) The only knock on the place is the tacos are a little greasy but no big deal.“

“Very good! Came here at 12 am with my family and we all left satisfied, the tostadas de pollo are great same with their tacos and fries. Their agua de horchata was very tasty and sweet which is hard to find in many places. We had a good experience overall and the staff was really nice. Would recommend 10/10“

“I see several new items on the T.B. menu, including the boxed chicken special I tried. Not a fan, but it is a creamier sauce and a decent price at $11+/- for a burrito, taco, chips with queso, and a drink. The new "Avocado Verde salsa" sauce packet flavor had more of a cilantro taste than green chilies. But, some of the tried and true items are still around, and you can't beat the Mexican pizza in my book. Also new to me was the "Diablo" sauce, which is actually a HOT sauce.The place was reasonably clean and seats are comfortable. I appreciate this Bell has a padded bench for those waiting for take-out. However, my order was up before I had time to sit down.“
