“Love the atmosphere, the food and drinks...always awesome, however I recently find the professionalism of the staff to be lacking and what's with the dress code or should I say lack there of? Its not a sports bar...a bartender dressed in a Hawaiian Shirt with pineapples says I'm on the beach with Tome Cruise in the movie "Cocktail". Not what people expect to see in Balagios.“

“Got catered for Xmas Eve. Big portions. The lady working the counter handing out the orders had a bit of an attitude. I didn’t get my bread for the order and she didn’t believe me at first. I’m not gonna steal $9 in bread after paying $150 for catering.“

We came in close to closing and ordered this pizza - they were happy to make it for us and went out of their way to make us comfortable while we waited for it. We were not disappointed. This was the most delicious pizza we've had - better than Giordonos deep dish.“

“Best date night spot! I always get pink lemonade & chicken parm! We try different appetizers, the last time was the garlic cheese curds and they were exactly what I'd expect! So garlicy in the outside and gooey cheese on the inside. The staff is so friendly, the food is so delicious. Highly recommend trying to get a booth if you can! It's a whole different experience eating in their booth(although the table doesn't change the yummy food).“

Their service is great (I have never arrived and had to wait for my order) and the employees have always been extremely friendly and sufficient. It's worth giving them a try.“

Our favorite is the Jimmy’s Rigatoni. A must try!!! Get the full size dish to share with your love or to take some home. The serving staff are always friendly and the atmosphere is what you’d expect from a small Italian style eatery. A visit will not disappoint and I think you’ll return again and again. A+“

“Came here last night (2-23-25) a couple hours before close. We had a group of about 10 of us. The food quality is whats expected when you go to Olive Garden. Im writing this review specifically to speak on how great the service was. I believe our waiters name was Nick M (at least according to the receipt) and he was fantastic - especially for us being a big-ish group coming in a bit late in the night. Nick was attentive, courteous, funny, and kind. He checked up on us and didn't forget a single item for anyone or make a single mistake! He was also overall very kind, which our table needed as we have been going through a rough time. “This is a review regarding their take out catering. We had a family get together and ordered a small take out catering order here for the first time which consisted of Italian beef, fried chicken, Mostaccioli, and salad. The order was enough to feed 10 adults, and I believe it cost $120. This also included cutlery, serving utensils, 2 packages of Turano buns for the beef, and paper plates. The food was served in heavy duty aluminum foil containers. I tried a chicken leg, a beef sandwich, salad and some pasta. Everything was packaged nice and everything was fresh tasting. The food was still hot when we unwrapped it. The chicken skin wasn't overly crispy but it tasted good. The beef sandwich was probably my fave of all the food we had and was even still really good reheated the next day. There was plenty of food and everyone said they liked the meal. I would recommend getting catering from this place for a low key get together if you don't feel like cooking.“
