Some slices actually had no sausage. Plus it was dry. Lifted up the cheese and there was barely any sauce. And, end pieces had no cheese. Took a pick when it was mostly gone....we were hungry so ate in anyways. We were very disappointed. A bad night maybe ? They weren't busy at all, no one inside. Really wanted to love this place, but....“

The cheese curds were so creamy, the supreme pizza had a fabulous smokey flavor and crispy crust, the fettuccine Alfredo with parm crusted chicken was fierce, and the fench onion soup of the day is our son’s new favorite soup EVER!! Taylor was great to work with setting everything up for the party and Cara was phenomenal at the party ensuring all of our 40+ guests had a drink in their hand and full plates! “Lou’s pizza is always a winner! Their buttercrust deep dish and thin crust pizza are both amazing! They will cook it to your liking and it is always hot & delicious. It has been a staple in the Chicago area for years! I remember going to the restaurant in Lincolnwood as a kid with my family, now we take all of our out of town guests to the one in the Gold Coast or doing takeout from the Naperville 95th Street location! Highly recommend for great food (salads too) and great service!! FYI, they also have a great reward program.“

Consistent..... food is always good. Don't expect delivery drivers to remember everything so double check before they leave. Also if you're looking for a super friendly people you'll want to go to Chik-Fil-A....... like I said, this place is consistent and has good food but that's about the beginning and the end of the experience.“
