“My husband and I came in tonight for 4 flights for our family. The place smelled amazing, the staff was welcoming and friendly. “Stingy about giving condiments. Asked for small sauce for side of gyro meat and register guy took it out of the bag after chef put it in bag because register guy said it I didn’t pay for it and it was extra. I asked how much it was he said 77 cents. Shocked at how Cheap Cheap Cheap this place was. He couldn’t just leave the sauce in the bag. Very very POOR CUSTOMER SERVE!!! Otherwise food is good.“

“I was craving a gyro and went in for the first time about a year ago. I've been back maybe 7 times since, and everything has been delicious and really consistent. The gyro is definitely the best around. I love the atmosphere too, you just can't replicate a truly vintage place. Paul, the owner is also so nice!“

“Absolutely amazing! The 1/2 Greek Chicken at The Gyros Factory is one of the best meals I’ve had in Des Plaines. Perfectly seasoned, cooked on the bone, and unbelievably tender. The rice pilaf and Greek potatoes complete the plate beautifully. A must-try!“

“Usually a menu with everything on it is a sign a restaurant doesn't do anything well. However, BYG is an exception to that rule. They have something for everyone on their menu - from Greek gyros and Italian pastas to Buffalo wings and burgers - and all of it (which I have tried) is delicious! Great spot for a family dinner night when everyone is feeling something different.“

“Cheese dog was literally a wrinkled hot dog drowned in nacho cheese sauce. The polish was on a French roll & difficult to bite into. I had it with all the toppings & it was only a few sliced of onions & a few green peppers slices. Not much toppings. I don't recommend those two. Other meals looked good though. Mine were just... disappointing.“

“OMG! I've been trying to find a a place with good gyros for a decent price. So far this place is best place in the area, but only because of what I'm able to afford. Used UberEats at a discounted rate. A gyro (sauce on the side) with, curly fries, a cup of cheese, and a medium drink for $20 with the tip included. So far the best value for my buck and it all tasted excellent. I recommend Brandy's to any gyro lover visiting the area.“
