“Great small town, Decatur, Illinois local owners, and has the best custard ice cream, creamy and tasty. I just love their lemon strawberry twist. My husband loves the burgers and fries. Once you try it out, you'll go back for more.

Parking: Small parking lot, but it's mostly to go orders. Had outdoor tables and benches convenient for family members, friends, and roadrrip stopped and have a unique atmospheric place with a huge roste metallic structure right in front, family's owned logo. Great experience...“

“I have eaten at this location a number of times. I really like thst the management here seems to care that you get quality food. The other night after I had ordered and was standing off to the side waiting, I saw the manager have the fry cook make fresh cutly fries for me . ..and then insaw those get thrown out, and yet another batch made. I have seen this lady there before, and she really does quality check all the food ...and make it right if it isn't. Awesome !“

“This was the very first Culver's we went to. Our son lives in Maroa, which is north of Decatur. We were really glad when one was built in a town only 12 miles away from our town. We live in the southern part of Illinois and it is around 3 hour drive when we visit our son and his family.

Parking: There are quite a few spots for parking, but of course this is a busy place in a larger town, so sometimes it may be hard to find a spot, but food is worth the wait.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicapped parking spots. I hate to see when people who don't need them use them because they are too lazy to walk from the side of the building to the entrance.“

“Best Dairy Queen. Clean each time you go in. They move their drive thru like super fast. Theyre the only dairy queen that seems to comprehend food first, then you make the ice cream so it's not melted. They do it right at this one. I have one 2 blocks from me and I purposely drive the 20 minutes to go to this one because of the purpose of food made then take a minute or two later then ice cream. I repeat it because seriously I can't tell you how many times the one on 1st street gives melted ice cream.

You want good food, clean restaurant, and not melted ice cream come here.“

“This Arby's is always fantastic. The staff are chill, the food is always properly put together and made correctly.

Nothing upsets me more than getting a Arby's beef n Cheddar just sloppily wrapped so I love that they don't just throw it together quickly.

“Stopped in for the first time and had to say I was blown away by the fast and friendly service, great food ( which for a picky eater is hard to satisfy) and how clean the restaurant and even restrooms were. The girl who built my tacos was so nice and funny and made it exactly how I wanted it. Bree made ordering a great experience, unlike when I went to Chipotle, which had horrible service. “The food was great! It was perfectly prepared. The Bacon King Was Not burned or sooggy. It did ooze sauce everywhere. The fries were thick and delicious. The self serve soda machine was pretty high tech and cool to see. The staff was very friendly. The place was quiet because there was only a few other customers.“

The food is great, but what really pushes this Pizza Hut above the rest (and most any pizza place for that matter) is the exceptional service from the Manager here. Amanda is passionate about her job and does a great job making her customers happy and satisfied. One time I had an issue with my delivery, and after apologizing for the mixup, it was taken care of and corrected within 15 minutes. I couldn’t recommend this Pizza Hut enough. “Given several locations in the Decatur/Forsyth/Mt Zion area, this, along with Forsyth is our preferred. The older woman with dark hair and glasses we typically see working is extremely polite, and very precise and careful in how she makes our sandwiches. The restaurant is clean, and most importantly, they keep the containers covered, so flies don't do their business on the food like you see in some other Subways. I used to work for Subway, and that is my ultimate pet peeve. Uncovered containers. It shows laziness, and very bad hygiene. No one wants to eat something flies have been swarming on. Maybe that's why the one on Mound rd has always made me sick after eating. I've learned to avoid that one despite them being right down the road.“
