Fresh ingredients, no fillers, high quality oils and fats, nice portions. Not that the other services are bad, but I compare them to frozen entrees at the grocery store, but taste a bit better. My Wholesome 360 entrees were restaurant quality, but with farm to table fresh ingredients-I could literally taste each of the food elements. If you are considering a food delivery service, I recommend paying the extra dollar per meal to get local fresh meals that are good for you, that heal you.“

“We only have amazing things to say about our experience with Jennifer at Jewell Events. She was super detail oriented and had great ideas that were executed to perfection - from mini espresso martini shooters to serving late night Taco Bell and McDonald's directly to the dance floor (a massive hit with the guests).

The only thing that out did the work Jennifer did was THE FOOD. Everything was absolutely delicious, from the appetizers (shout out to the grilled cheese & tomato soup shooters), to the petite sweets (home made oatmeal cream pies were to die for).

“Being able to have Blue Plate cater our wedding was an absolute dream. Alexis, Shelia, Isa and Julio were truly the best team to have. From the start, Alexis was genuine, passionate, and thoughtful. When we showed up to our tasting, Alexis and her team had gone above and beyond to really personalize our tasting. They staged our table to reflect our design choices and even surprised us with a couple of unique treats they designed specifically to incorporate the bride's South Asian culture. We were truly blown away by the presentation and amount of thought put into our tasting. This attention to detail and level of care continued throughout our journey with Blue Plate. They were happy to adjust the menu and individual dishes so that they were exactly what we wanted. We also loved that Blue Plate puts such an emphasis on guest service as well as the wellbeing of their employees. The number of employees they have working on any given wedding day is higher than the average caterer and we were so grateful for that. We knew our guests were well taken care of. We absolutely LOVED the food and the quality was unbeatable. To this day we still crave our late night ramen bar and joke we'll just have to attend another BP catered event. Blue Plate takes catering very seriously and they were extremely professional and well-rehearsed all night. We especially appreciated our personal server, Isa, as she was as attentive as humanly possible. The bride accidentally spilled hors d'oeuvres all over her wedding dress before joining the guests at reception. Isa immediately jumped into action with some cleaning wipes and managed to make the bride’s dress literally spotless! Seriously, Isa was the MVP! She was nearby all night with a water or cocktail in hand, checking up on the couple often. As the couple planning their wedding, they spend all year thinking of the guests and the guest experience. Blue Plate was one of those special vendors that spends time thinking about YOUR experience as a couple, too. We absolutely loved our experience with the team at Blue Plate and we can’t thank Alexis, Shelia, Julio, and Isa enough for their work on the most important day of our lives. I combined it with a couple orders of the shrimp suya sticks which put it over the top. Now, I loved the jollof, but that’s to be expected. What wasn’t expected was the shrimp. I can honestly say it was some of the best I’ve ever had. The herbs were perfect and it was grilled just the way I like it. “Inspired Catering and Events catered our wedding at the Columbus Park Refectory a couple of weeks ago and we’re still incredibly blown away by Liz and her team. From the start, Liz stood out as incredibly receptive and accommodating. This continued throughout the process and culminated in their incredible service on our big day. We truly could not have pulled off our wedding day without her expertise and dedicated work ethic— even more so when we pushed up our wedding by almost a year. Thanks to Liz and her incredible staff, we had the day we had always imagined, put together in two months. We were even able to salvage our outdoor ceremony after an unseasonable cold snap, thanks to an eleventh hour heater acquisition. Our intimate group thoroughly enjoyed their meals and everyone was well taken care of, including two vegans in a crowd of meat-lovers. Inspired’s quinoa enchiladas will forever change how my husband and I see quinoa— it was that good. However, we’re still dreaming about the short rib and potato au gratin we had on our wedding night.
