“Ruth's Chris does not disappoint! Service is friendly and impeccable. My filet came out exactly as ordered and extra butter of course. Garlic mashed potatoes are shareable. All descriptions are true to their word. From cocktails,apps, salads, soup, steaks, lobster,shrimp and desserts, it is truly enjoyable and delicious. As usual, we will be back again!“

“We visited this amazing establishment last night and ordered the filet and the Manhattan strip for our entrées with a side of the mushrooms, and it was possibly one of the best steaks we had had. Our server and Jesse was wonderful, and when he wasn’t available home, there was another manager who came and brought items out, so there was no delay in service while he was attending another customer and socialized at the table. We dined outside on the patio underneath the heat lamp and lights. The Barn was the perfect atmosphere for our relaxing evening together. We were very pleased with all that we ordered as well as the service. We would highly recommend the Barn restaurant to others.“

“Brought the whole gang. Our hostess was awesome. Got some extra bread and a Blooming Onion. Drinks quick too. And even got in without a wait at 11am on Fathers Day. The manager stopped by to check on us, so nice. Meals were on time and prepared just right. Mine was a wedge salad, six ounce steak, and asparagus. Still, the menu is great, lot's of choices. “Absolutely amazing!!!! The very best kosher restaurant I’ve ever been to! Kosher fine dining at its finest! My husband and I agree it was the best meal we’ve ever had. He had the surprise steak which was phenomenal! I had the short ribs which were perfection! We enjoyed soups, appetizers, sushi, the works. Just when we thought we were full to the brim and could not squeeze one more but in, I couldn’t resist the dessert menu. Somehow we practically managed to lick the plate of peanut butter mousse clean! It was the most wonderful evening! The ambience is wonderful! The service is superior to any other place I’ve been to. “I can't believe we have such a great steakhouse in Highland Park now. We were there as a group of 6 that ordered steaks, burgers and veggie sides and the chef nailed it all. The skirt steak was incredible. Probably the best I had. My friends were very happy with their filets. The potato was creamy and super tasty as well, along with the asparagus. The prices are downtown prices and I think it was worth it. I would definitely go back soon“

Throw in a cozy atmosphere with wood paneling and the smell of the fireplace. The best part is the service. From the moment you arrive until you get back in your vehicle their service is unmatched with a staff of professionals who have been there for years. “I can't say enough about my whole experience with the staff, accommodations and food!! I must have called 6 times changing the number of people and requesting a round table and they were so patient and accommodating. I'm sorry I don't remember the names I spoke with on the phone but they were wonderful. Our server Miguel was great, we wanted for nothing and the room we were in was outstanding. We all had an excellent time I could not have been happier!!“

“First time at this location as we were visiting my son and daughter in law and was truly disappointed about dinner . Ordered herb crusted chicken with a side kick of shrimp and got a plain grilled chicken breast and let manger know and she offered nothing but got a new actual herb crusted chicken 15 minutes later after everyone was about done with dinner ! Been to Texas by our house several times and ordered this same thing and never got this kind of service ! Not even a sorry let me make it right !“
