“I have been here a few times now, let me start by saying, the Pho is delicious! I got the Chicken Pho, it was hot, fresh, and tasted amazing!

I also tried the Lemongrass Pork & rice, it tasted great as well!

If you are in the area, you owe it to yourself to come here and try something a bit different“

“Not sure why the lower ratings. I have never had any issues with this place and have been going here for at least 10 years. The smoothies are great, everything's fresh and flavorful.

Kung Pao, bourbon/orange chicken, beef fried rice and whatever else I'm currently forgetting.

You can tell everything's fresh made because there are variations to the ingredients, but ultimately it's all the same.“

“I finally found a Chinese spot with amazing prices and amazing food! Get the big deal for $12 it will leave you more than full! I love the fact that you can pick 2 entrees. Customer service is always awesome! You're in and out in less than 5 minutes! I come to this spot for lunch at least twice a week! Can't beat the prices and can't beat the flavor!“

“Visited this establishment today after reading so many positive reviews and I was not disappointed! The Beef Sausage was very flavorful & fulfilling and the Corn Beef panini was good also. “Chicago Midway airport. Stopped for a beer and a quick bite to eat. They were friendly and fast and even put my order in a to go container per my request in case I had to leave quickly or couldn't eat it all. I had a 16oz Moody Tongue Here's to Harry IPA, perfectly chilled and delicious 😋. I also had the Blue Cheese Holy Cow Chips. They were good, but too much Blue Cheese for my taste. I only ate about half and then had to board. I took the rest with me, but didn't end up eating them. Jorge provided great customer service. Reasonably priced. The beer was a little pricy, but expected.“

One small but important piece of feedback: the bathrooms don’t have paper towels and have pull doors, so for those hygiene conscious of us, there’s no method to avoid touching the door handle. I would suggest either paper towels, a push door or one of those foot things to pull the door.“

I ordered a combo sub and a pizza puff, and I have to say, it was exactly what I needed. The food came out fast and fresh, which was a relief since it was the first thing I had eaten all day. “Gen Hoe is a quality family-run Chinese takeout restaurant. While you can dine in, there's really no reason to unless you're stopping in from far away. That aside, the food is generally good, minus a few menu items, and the portions compared to price make it well worth it.“

“Mr. Sub has always been my favorite! Whenever people ask me why, I can never quite put my finger on it—I just say it’s simply the best. Over the years, I’ve rarely lived close enough to make it a regular stop, but it’s always been worth the drive.

When I was pregnant with my son 35 years ago, I craved submarine sandwiches constantly. Back then, I’d make the trip from Woodridge out to the Berwyn/Cicero or Brookfield locations just to satisfy that craving.

These days, if I’m anywhere near a Mr Submarine, I make it a point to stop. After all this time, my order hasn’t changed: a King size Mr. Sub sandwich (I save the other 1/2 for lunch the next day). The only difference now is I’ve added the garlic-parm fries to the mix—they’re so good we usually eat them in the car on the way back home to Sycamore.

The only thing I would change is to have a location in Sycamore, IL!
