“Hacienda Memos Taco Tuesday dinner didn't disappoint. Simple Mexican menu with a touch of Italian for the neighbors... $1.00 tacos, weren't skimpy. Choice of meat with cilantro and onions. “Update: We decided to visit again and they packed the tacos! The flavor was phenomenal and we were happy. This is still our go-to taco place. It’s not just “I want their street tacos” it’s “I crave their street tacos!”

On Wednesday, 12/4/24 I went with my boyfriend to get tacos, we are consistent customers (true regulars) that come 4-5 times a month because they always load up the tacos perfectly. I don’t know if they changed chefs or what, but this time it was nearly half the amount we normally get. Next time, if it’s the same, unfortunately we can’t justify the price we pay for the street tacos for that amount of food. I hope to see it change back!“

“Best Carne Asada tacos around! Great food, and drinks; creative and very inexpensive for the quality. Those who complain it’s too expensive, need to get out of or go back to Taco Bell! Outstanding bang for your buck!“

“Its nice to have an unpretentious and affordable place to eat Mexican comfort food in Oak Park. I am a fan of the $7 dollar breakfast which does not taste greasy at all. Also, the Chicken Soup is great when you are feeling run down. The restaurant is spotless despite being open 24 hours. Staff is super kind.“

“Me and the wife had dinner her for our anniversary. Nice atmosphere. Nice Latin music to match. Brussel sprout appetizer was superb. I had a wood fired ribeye steak. It was good but I had to say I was expecting it to be better. My wife had the Pescado(fish fillet) and she said it was good as well. I don’t trust my wife much when it comes to fancy food cuz she’s a picky eater and is more a burger, pork chop or fish fry kind of gal. Overall it was a very nice dinner for both of us and wouldn’t mind coming here again.“
