“I recently visited a charming Nelikona coffee place in downtown Palatine. The rose 🌹 coffee was delicious. I loved that it was served in gorgeous tea cups, adding a unique touch to the experience. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot for gatherings or meetings. The staff were incredibly friendly, which enhanced the welcoming vibe. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great coffee experience—I’ll definitely be back! 🌹🌹“

“The food is absolutely delicious. All fresh ingredients make for an amazing taste sensation. The gallery offers unique types of merchandise (many are perfect for gift-giving). It is a small place, and not easily spotted from the street. It is located just one block West of the intersection of Plum Grove Road & Euclid Avenue, ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF EUCLID AVE & BROCKWAY STREET IN PALATINE. The owners/staff are very friendly,, accommodating, and provide excellent service. I can't say enough good things about this place, and want to give it a big shout-out because it is easy to miss unless you are looking for it. You must check it out!!..... not only because it's a great little place, but because we should all do our part in supporting our local small restaurants & businesses. *I suggest trying the macarons for dessert“

“My daughter loves this place. I’m trying out the membership however I’m a busy working mom and the hours are not that convenient. Closing at 5pm on a daily basis gives my daughter 0 minutes to maybe an hours at most once a week to play. I wish they were open later til maybe 7 or 8pm would help. I’ll be cancelling our membership“

“I would say that coming here is a good spot to get boba. It’s nice to enjoy it whenever you got a chance to get it. My go to would always be getting the chocolate oreo mocha with brown crystal boba. The girls at the counter are always working hard and I appreciate their effort to make my drink worth coming back for.“

“Hosted a baby sprinkle for 20 people at Hugs and Mugs and it was wonderful! The team at hugs and mugs made it a great experience. The gelato and beverages were delicious and very reasonably priced. They did custom printed designs on steins and insulated mugs for us that we gave as party favors. Even has a playroom that the kids were able to use. An amazing time and so happy to have learned about GiGi's Playhouse!“

“Man! The place is always clean, free snacks like pizza, chicken tenders, and the best gummy bears I've ever had! They got all types of soda, water, beer, wine, orange & pineapple juice. They have Little bags of trail mixes, cookies (Oatmeal Raisin are the best!) Brownies, chips muffins! What else are they missing!?(Ice cream during summertime) They got all the current great games, but you know they can't fit them all in one location so they have another store 1 block away for those other games and with they same freebies snacks. Man I love this place!!!“

“I rarely eat out these days because it’s hard to find places that truly care about using quality ingredients, but this place blew me away! The food is absolutely delicious, and you can tell they take pride in what they serve. The Million Dollar Bacon is incredible—perfectly cooked and so flavorful. “Where do I Begin? I looked at several other workout centers, and this one is head and shoulders above all the others. We used to work out at the Triphahn center with the HEPD for years. They have had problems with their air conditioning and other issues as well. It was simply time for a change. And what a change! They have a huge selection of machines for aerobics, free weights, and resistance machines. They also have a spa, a nice café and their service so far is been tremendous. I went for a look and much to my surprise was given an escorted tour right away. I feel like we went from a motel six to the Ritz Carlton. That’s how good it is. They are doing renovations now to add even more. You can have the use of a personal trainer as well and at least one session is free at least through our insurance plan. “

“First time here, we were warmly greeted and offered complimentary tea/coffee and cookies. Sat down and within 10 minutes, I had doubled my money! As far as I know, this location is open until 2am and perfect if you're on a date and not ready to go home, but want to go somewhere quiet and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea and sit and chat. I had a very pleasant experience my first time here.“

“I tried Bettina's Tea Cold Brew at the Palos Heights Farmers' Market in 2022. Delicious and Refreshing. I was hooked. I had to replenish over the winter. I placed an order via her site. My order arrived in a timely manner and the product was fresh and included a sealed pouch ,so that I could store the opened loose leaf tea bag. Five 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 from me.“

As far as the service went the lady with the cane, even though it look like she was struggling she served us all and always asked us if we wanted a drink or some snacks or anything. The atmosphere... everyone was having a good time and the machines were hitting so everybody was having a ball!.... except for the one guy on the end. It wasn't his lucky day, maybe next time for him though. I walked out $160 in to play & about $580 cash in hand!“

“This restaurant is in the Woodfield Mall but you can enter from a door outside from the parking lot also. We had to wait a little to be seated although the restaurant was not very crowded. Our waitress was nice. Kind've reserved but pleasant enough. We had the Carne Asada which I ordered medium. It was very good. The beans and rice though we just okay. My friend ordered the Cozumel Shrimp Taco that he enjoyed. After we received our meals, we were asked if we wanted tortillas which, I had assumed, would just come with the meal so wasn't sure why they asked. Overall the restaurant is fine and we would return.“

“The delivery driver forgot to give me my latte. When I called to complain, the manager (Caitlyn) was extremely apologetic and really went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience. It says a lot when a manager cares that much about the customer’s experience.“
