Firstly, let me start by raving about Colleen, the GOAT of bartenders! She is an absolute sweetheart! From the first day she made me feel at home! If you are new, she goes up to you, introduces herself and hands you a napkin. She has the most awesome and proper etiquette for the hospitality industry. Colleen is an absolute godsend! I do not know a single person who badmouths her. She also makes the best margaritas and rums/cokes! She remembers your name as wel and starts calling you by your name on the second day. The other bartenders are amazing as well. On Tuesdays and Thursdays when I go in, Lisa remembers my drink and food order. She is also a gem as well! As far as the food goes, the chicken bacon ranch wrap is one of the best I have ever eaten. The Cheddar Cheese burger is amazing as well. Seriously this place is a great find. As far as the reviews calling this place racist are concerned, to each their own: I have never had any issues and I am disabled and asian that is like a double negative. It is the most inclusive place around town!“

Miso Ramen and Taiwan Ramen are fantastic, but beware that single pepper icon, because it’s no joke! (And I say this as someone who grew up eating spicy food 🙂) Delicious, but intense! I would LOVE to see a milder version of the Taiwan Ramen (or at least a way to adjust the heat, like the Spicy Miso), because the flavor was truly amazing and addictive.“

I ordered my usual 2 Chorizó breakfast bagel sandwiches and 2 Nova Lox sandwiches, but this time i also ordered the Farmhouse Breakfast Sandwich and Churro Party Bagel --Everything was fresh and delicious, just like every order I've placed at this location! The crew here is very calm, pleasant and professional, during peak rush times like today(there were 5 or 6 people in line ahead of me plus 3 other people waiting for their order). Although my pick up order wasn't ready because the bagels i originally ordered were already out of stock, they had an even better alternative bagel available (the cheddar jalapeño one) still available, so I had that bagel instead for my 3 breakfast sandwiches, which proved to be a great choice! Anyway, I usually eat my order in my truck in their lot, while everything is still fresh and hot and watch Howard Stern interview videos on SiriusXM, so in a way, the whole thing with not having my original bagel choices available, worked out! With the consistently large number of customers who pack the lot and drive thru every time I come here, plus this location's staying power over the many years it's been in Palatine, it deserves a much higher rating--so that 2 star rating on Yelp.com doesn't appear to be accurate nor believable at all!!“

“Ordered Pizza here for the first time ever and I had a giftcard to spend. Ordered online for instore pickup on my way home last Saturday night. Arrived early and I had been tracking my order so I knew when to go in. I was in parking lot not even 5 min and a young girl comes out and asks if I had a curbside. I said no. She asked for my name so that she could check status of my order. She came back out and let me know it would be 10 more min but that she would bring it out for me so that I didn’t have to get out of the car. Everytime we interacted she was so pleasant, friendly and had a smile on her face. Great customer service. And I was surprisingly overly satisfied with my pizza. Anyways. Just thought I’d share my positive experience with this young girl who went above and beyond.“
