“My first visit to Jersey Mike’s was fantastic, and I’m already looking forward to returning! I ordered the Hot Honey Chicken with extra bacon, extra onions, extra hot honey sauce and it was delicious, bursting with flavor and exactly what I was craving!

Aliyah’s customer service was a major highlight. She was friendly, efficient and went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect which made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Her attention to detail showed she cares about doing a great job, which really added to the vibe.

“First time and customer service was great. Helped us figure out the process for ordering. It's different,lol. Sandwiches were great, maybe a little smaller piece of bread but they fill it up. We'll go back.“

“The food is tasty but I was shocked by the quantity of meat in my gyros plate. It was just a gyros sandwich in a container with fries and fixings. Everywhere else I get a gyros plate it has enough meat for 2 or 3 sandwiches.the subs seemed to be lacking meat as well. Again first time getting it there and was just surprised.“

This was the first time the ingredients all made it onto the sandwich and were perfectly placed. Normally it looks like they apply the toppings with a shotgun. John was the worker that built what I called the absolute best Jersey Mike's sub I've ever had. Great job!“

“First visit to this location, this place hasn't been open long just for about 4 months.This location is located in BP gas station, but there is a drive thru.Monday and Tuesday, they have a special on wings nuggets .70 cent. I'm not sure what flavor they have.My grandson and they taste okay. You know, kids, he also ordered their gourmet fries, ranch dressing, cheese, and baconI ordered the fries, but without the bacon.We were both satisfied with our choices.But I must say I was a little taken by the restroom there. You walk in the male urinal to the left and a supposed to be private door for the use of women and kids. That door the lock didn't stay secure. There was no hand soap as well. I had my grandson stand by the door .So this is part of the reason for the 4-star rate.“

“This is the best subway in the area by far! I was having a pretty terrible day and subway has always been my feel better sandwich and the staff was friendly, offered suggestions and even gave me a free cookie! I won’t go to any other subway around, this is the one!“

“Been going to this place since I was in grammar school. Even though its in a new building next to the old one cause it burned down. I give this place 10 stars. The food is outstanding. The steak hot and steak sweet sandwiches and hoagie n fries with sauce on them are thee best. They also have the old school cookies n ice cream. Yummy so good. Its 2022 and still continue to go from 1979 to now. This place is worth the trip. People who grew up on this and have moved out of town still come right back to the Hoagy shop and buy extra to take with them to go outta town and take on there travels. “I occasionally drive by Jersey Mikes on 95 th St in Oak Lawn, when you drive by you ask yourself is that place busy? So today I decided to park in back and I walked in at 1230 pm it was slammed , now I know why , the sandwiches are 5 star and the service also!!! “This is genuinely one of the best Jimmy John's around. The evening shift employees (two female workers) are very cordial & friendly. I get off of work late & always appreciate a well-crafted sandwich for dinner, and they always get the order right. The app is convenient, I have been utilizing it for years. Some JJ locations are a hit or miss but I never had an issue here. My experience is anecdotal after all, but consistency undeniably counts for something! 🥖

“Went in to get a couple sandwiches, the lady who took our orders mistook my sandwich order for a completely different sandwich, and once she realized her mistake she apologized profusely for it, it was okay though, everyone messes up sometimes, she also tried asking me if I wanted her to go back and make the right sandwich, I told her it was ok but she made sure multiple times before ringing up our final total to pay. 10/10 service and am grateful for such kind workers.“
