“This was our first time in as we just moved to the neighborhood and we loved it! We had come from dinner but decided we wanted some snacks. We had the fried pickles, pretzels, & ice cream with churros-- I was surprised but oh so happy they had some kind of dessert. The bartender was a super nice guy-- very friendly. He checked on us often and never left us waiting for anything. The interior was really cute and about what you expect for a corner/ neighborhood bar. “They only serve lunch only during the weekdays (no dinner and no weekends). However it is the best lunch around! It's like your mom went in the kitchen and made it for you. Soups are made from scratch and they are delicious. The BLT on rye is outstanding. And if they have it, you have to try the potato salad. This is a bar with a Northwoods atmosphere that has affordable prices but there are some tables to sit at. They also have a Friday fish special.“

“Pleasantly surprised by this place located on Bryn Mawr between Kedzie and Kimball. The initial impression was that the prices on the menu seemed a bit high given its location. And some dishes like hummus plate, which consisted of cut up carrots and cucumber with pita bread and a large spoonful of hummus, was not worthwhile at $14. Same goes for a bowl of Irish cabbage soup for $10. Having said, other items like chicken wings and burgers were quite delicious and were worth paying little more for them. Given their great beer selection and wonderful cocktails, it is worth a visit.“

“My husband and I have been coming here for years. The owners, Chris and Nikki and the bartender, Monica are always welcoming and take good care of us. Nice atmosphere, good company, lots of tvs if you want to watch the game, great music playing in the background. The food is always very good and freshly made. Some of our favorites are the chicken kabobs, the Jerry's Special, and the burgers, which are excellent! Half price martinis on Wednesdays with a long list of options to choose from. We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday there and they were very accommodating and everyone had a great time!“

“The best time in Chicago! DJ sabado was spinning & we met all our friends here, the vibe was intimate and the space was set up perfectly. The ambiance was classy, with plants and foliage and lots of wood finish everywhere. We got there around 1030 & had no issues getting tables which are first come first serve, but the music had us mostly standing and dancing anyway! It did get full though near 12.I had the Milagro (margarita) and it was incredible. 3 was all i needed for the entire night to keep the vibe going, they weren't too sweet or too strong, just right. The music kept changing and gave a little bit of everything which was exactly what the crowd wanted. Hip hop, reggaeton & Latin trap, r&b etc. & People weren't afraid to dance, strangers were hyping each other up, the whole place even danced together when well-known songs came on.The bathrooms were relatively clean (for a bar) and the lines for them never got too long. We didn't have to wait outside in the cold to get in and finding street parking wasn't mission impossible. And to top it all off, it's right next door to a Taco Bell to feed your munchies when you leave after a night of drinking Love this place, will be back 1000%We had the most amazing time“

“On this night, we visited our local Iowa Hawkeye bar, Gracie O’Malley’s to enjoy some NCAA women’s basketball amazing number 22 Kaitlyn Clark.This bar is pretty big and well appointed, with lots of TVs for viewing and an outdoor seating area when the weather permits.They have grace solution of beers in full bar with some delightful proprietary cocktails.Their kitchen is banging out some amazing dishes, such as the pulled pork poutine, the grace, O’Malley‘s burger and the southwest chicken sandwich. The burger was juicy and delicious. The chicken sandwich was crispy and spicy and you came on a brioche bun. Topped with fresh tomatoes and purple onions. Very well and very tasty. I paired it with mac & cheese, which is not a traditional mac & cheese by any means. This mac & cheese was out of this world. Fantastic! The only reason why this place did not get a five star rating was because they were short a waitress on this particular Monday. However, our bartender was very social and accommodating. Will definitely be back again for final four.“

The food was delicious, particularly the tortilla chips, and drinks were super cheap! Gotta love that, but.....the TouchTunes selection was very lacking when it came to hip hop and R&B artists. I get that they probably don't have a regular clientele that plays that sort of music but to have barely anything available in those genres kinda sends a message that they lack cultural inclusivity. We ordered pot stickers from the evening menu, which was not a problem at all, onion soup, and entrees that were all delicious. Our server, Carly, was SO attentive, refilling our bottomless mimosa glasses before needed. The music was a mix of Frank Sinatra and all of our rock classic favorites.
